         Ok i get on the computer and find that my Favortie format is being
played in a tournament =) before i say ne more heres my deck list

2X Pikachu Neo Gen

4X Bill

2X Balloon Berry
15X Fire nrg
Ok the idea of the deck is to bring up magcargo and just fire recharge nrg
on it and the tys are for back up also Pika Helps with FTKo against squirts
Horseas and maybe babys and balloon babys is a great cad at the right time
everything else i think you can figure out for yourself

Round 1 against Bad_Ronald with dark Blasty
    He got a BAD hand and i had to tys on the bench with a cargo fully
powered by 4th turn i quickly went though a Squirt and 2 ellikids for the
game

Round 2 against Acr0n1m with Kingdra

ok im kinda drawing a blank here but i know i took out horsea frist turn
with pika then he rouged me and then i just got cargo up and a few tys and
just Flowed though everything

Round 3 against choock with slowking/Dark ferlagatr
I got out some tys and a cargo before he could get a king out then 4-5
turns into the game i Double gust up a toto with 2 nrg on it with a king on
the bench he forgets to flip for double gust so i lava it for ko preety
much i lava flowed anthor toto and he couldnt get ne thing going

Round 4 against DaRK_Nataku With Kingdra ok am i sounding like a broken
record? i played all 4 games in this tourny against water ><

Well we both got off to a good start ekking to set up he takes out a few
cargos i take out a few kingdras with no no time on the clock the next
prizes win i double gust out a baby and Flip tails with my ty he then
brings out Kingdra and wins >< gg man
