This is my 1st killer deck report in a while. Today, we had our "season-ending" tournament, but truth be told, we aren't getting our Grass Season stuff for a couple of weeks, so we are having another Fire season (that's why it's tournament 1).

When I first saw the news about LC, I thought "Hmm, what cards are coming back. Maybe Chaizard, Blastoise, and Venusaur, or maybe Wiggly, Ditto, Breeder, and Trader." When I saw Venusaur was in the set, I immediately lit up. So last week, I got 2 Legends Venusaur and a BS2 Venusaur to go along with my Base Venusaur, and then I made this deck, Venusaur's Domination.

Venusaur's Domination

Pokemon: 15

4 Base Bulbasaur
1 Base Ivysaur
4 Base Venusaur
3 Discovery Scyther
3 Promo Cleffa

Trainers: 21

3 Professor Elm
3 Bill
3 Gold Berry
3 Pokemon Breeder
3 Pokemon Trader
3 Pokemon Center
2 Breeder Fields
1 No Removal Gym

Energy: 24
24 Grass Energy

I had confidence going in I would at least get to the finals, but that was
shot down quickly.

Round 1 vs. Josh H.

I had a Bulbasaur and 2 Scyther to start, he a lone Chansey. He went 1st,
used Elm to get 2 Cleffa, Chansey, and a Jigglypuff. He used Scrunch, and
then Double Edged my Scyther. I then sent up Bulba to stall, but he GOW'd to
kill my Scyther and his Chansey, but his other one was now fully powered and
he brought it up to kill my now evolved Ivysaur to win.

End of story, right? Wrong. It was double elimination. So I lived on.

Round 2 vs. Jacob S.

To make a short story short, I used Scyther to kill his lone Horsea on turn
6(I kept flipping tails on Smokescreen). He's out, I live on.

I waited around until round 2 ended, making a couple of trades, then played
round 3.

Round 3 vs. Jose A.

Same result as round 2, except Scyther killed a Chikorita on turn 3.

Made it to the semi's. Not unusual, considering I have only not made it to
the semi's 2 times in about 10 tournaments I've played in.

Round 4(Loser's Brackett Championship)vs. Parker B.

He had a T-tar deck, so it was a battle to build up first. He did, and killed
4 Pokes in 2 turns to win by no Pokemon.

Since we are having a 2nd Fire tournament later, the only prizes this time
were the holo energy(I got 3). Parker eventually lost to Josh(look at round
1)

Until later, this is Steelchansey123. Peace out.
