I was at the local tourney and wanted to try out a deck made by me and a friend. NegleyJJ from the Pojo ezboards and I created some just off the top of our heads. I thought I would go like 2-3, but I was in for a surprise. Ok, now to the deck.

Pokemon:18
3 Onix
3 Steelix(Main-hitter)
3 Cleffa
3 Clefairy
3 Clefable(Fire-type)
2 Pichu(Slowking)
1 Scyther(combat with the Fighting)

Trainers:30
4 CPU Search
3 Oak
3 Item Finder
3 Lass
3 Gold Berry
3 Ecogym
2 Super Energy Removal
2 Gust of Wind
2 Switch
2 Professor Elm
1 Cinnabar City Gym
1 Trash Exchange(the tecH)

Energy:12
4 Metal
4 DBC
4 Recycle

Well, we start a little after 9:30 in the morning, so here is how I did.

Hello All, this is Nightblade and I am going to give you my run-through of the tourney.

~Round 1:Rand0m with Modified Grass

He didn't read the e-mail (doesn't have one, 0.o). I start with like a Cleffa and a Onix. I get a Clefable and a Steelix out against his Meganium. I just pounded with Clefable and k.oed everything else with Steelix.(1-0-0)

~Round 2: Jim with Sneasel/Slowking

This was really close. I made a lot of mistakes and flipped a lot of tails. Clefable took care of the Sneasel and I got lucky since he accidentally fills his bench with Sneasels and Cleffas. I get Steelix with 3 Metals and he has Sneasel with 20 damage and he Beat-Up's for the k.o. I have another built and I flip tails. He has 3 Darks and only 2 prizes to my 1. He flips 4 heads (110) and I have a Metal on my fully powered Steelix with 0. I then tackle and win barely.(2-0-0)

~Round 3: Reepicheep(Ryan#2) w/ Metal Arcanine.

I got a Turn 2 Steelix and he SER's them twice by turn 4 (2 Metal and 2 DBC) and I was forced to trash exchange for 9 cards. I got the energy back and kept his Magmar(fossil) off balance. He never got the Arcanine going. I got some Clefable's and kept using Flamethrower to k.o 2 of them. Then with 0 cards left, I flip heads after he retreats a Magmar for Pichu with my Cleffa with about 12 cards in my hand. 3-2 on prizes, but the 1337 person he is, he gave me the full win. Good Game Ryan.(3-0-0)

~Round 4: NegleyJJ w/ same deck.

We were both really surprised that we had gone 6-0 combined with an original deck. I start out and get a Steelix with 4 Metals and then he says after I SER his Steelix, " I lost, Good Game". We call Jeff (the judge) and he records me for the victory. 2 turns later, he SER's my Steelix twice. Then he says" I could have won". I say " I know". I escaped that one..... (4-0-0)

~Round 5: Pokedad w/ Feraligatr.

He isn't Pokedad, just A Pokedad. He too, forgot to read the e-mail and he played with Modified Feraligatr. I kept SERing his Croconaws, and he then k.o's my Steelix with 3 Metal. I am like, "I am going to lose." I try to CPU search the 2 cards I have left. I have a Scyther!!! I pick that and lay a DBC on it. I Lass to keep me from decking for 3 more turns. I k.o the Feraligatr, but heads on Focus. Then again, I k.o, and he flips another heads on the newly attached Focus. Then after all that, I k.o it with my Clefable doing a WHOLE 10 damage. He got 2nd. (5-0-0)

OMG!!! I went 5-0 for the 1st time!!! I was so happy. I open my 3 boosters that have a Cleffa,Steelix and a Neo 3: Aerodactyl..of course. So, I will get lots of DCI. Yay for me!

BTW, never quit a game, like Negley, you just might come back.
Props/Slops:
Props to Jeff, taking me and holding the tournament.
Props to Jake, for giving me the Clefable idea for Steelix
Props to Reep, for going 4-1 and Negley for 3-2(4-1)
Props to me, for going 5-0
Props to God, cause he is Almighty

Slops:
Slops to Negley for being stupid and quitting.
