Roughly 20-25 Participants

Well, I had a DCI-santioned Standard Tournament today. This deck went 4-1,
beating a Raindance and a Feraligatr. My only loss was to Nightblade Hawk,
with Steelix-Clefable. (SER =\) And overall it went 12-1 through the tourny
and league.

Strategy:
Open with Cleffa, Chansey, or Magmar. Build up either a set-up Magmar or a
Steel-Chansey. After set-up, build an Arcanine with 1-2 Steel (depends what
they're playing) and basically own them to death. With Chansey in the deck,
it allows you to build a Steel-Chansey OR Steel-Arcanine. I mat drop Sprout
Tower entirely, for another Fire and maybe Elm. =\ If Slowking is big in
your area, you can sub-out Pichu for 2 Iggly or 1-1 Magby/Brocks Mankey. If
Sneasel, you can sub Chansey for Ditto. This deck is easily changed to
meta-game the enviornment.

Round 1--
vs. Stephanie Barlock w/ Raindance
Well, my worst possible match up came first round. Luckily, I get a good
start and an early Lass. This buys me time to get an Arcanine up, and I just
gusted up anything that was a threat. She doesnt get ANY Blastoise. The
biggest threat was a Chansey, but my own Steeled Chansey killed it.
1-0, 3 Points.

Round 2--
Randy w/ MF Feraligatr
Luckily, he thought it was a modified Tourny >=\
I just Super his Croconaw, and DE it w/ Chansey. This leaves him with a few
pokemon for my Metal Pup to clean up.
2-0, 6 points.

Round 3
Nightblade Hawk w/ Fable-Steelix
I started off REALLY well, supering a Steelix's DCE and Metal TWICE. Then he
gets a Steelix and a couple Fable goin, and Supers my Arcanine. He then
totally 0wnz me, but somehow he dwindles down his deck. He has NO cards
left, and tries to Eeeek vs. my Pichu. HEADS. Crap =\ He then is owning me
3-2, but time is almost out. I give him the full points. ;\
2-1, 6 points.

Round 4
Frank D. w/ Random stuff =\

I just totally 0wn this kid, it was either 6-0 or 6-1, not sure. A quick
Arcanine went through EVERYTHING. =\
3-1, 9 points.

Round 5
Jake Negley w/ Clefable-Steelix
This deck was the same as round 3, except TOTALLY different Story. A quick
Arcanine and a few Supers leave him with nothing. He takes a few prizes,
then i come back strong. Win. ;\
4-1, 12 points.

I get First in my Division, and get two Neo 3, 1 Neo 1. A Holo-Entei,
Aerodactyl (=/), and Soothing Sent Meganium. Not bad.
