Hi everyone!  Christopher Howard here with some Pokemon League coverage.  I
have never been to the Pokemon CCG/TCG (whatever you call it) in Savannah,
GA; so I didn't know the metagame that was there.  I expected the
competition there to be more UMMMMM...."competitive."  Well, let me get to
the deck list.

4x Rainbow Energy
5x Grass Energy
4x Double Colorless Energy

I made this deck because I thought that everyone wasn't seriously into neo
and its vast strategies, so I just made a quick Haymaker like deck.  DO NOT
E-MAIL ME SAYING "CHANGE THIS OR CHANGE THAT..."  I made this deck in like
TWO minutes...  I can seriously make better than this...  Well, I mostly
traded but I got in two matches real quick...

Match one
Me(Better Watch Your Back) vs. Kid with ???

I didn't know what kind of deck he had because I beat him in like four or
five turns.  I had Sneasel, Jigglypuff, and Cleffa in my hand.  I started
Cleffa, and benched the rest.  He started an alone Neo Electabuzz.  I drew,
dropped a Darkness energy to Sneasel, retreated for Sneasel, and swiped for
30.  He drew, benched an Elekid, attached a grass energy to Electabuzz, and
ended his turn.  I drew, attached a grass energy to my benched Cleffa, and
swiped for zero damage.  He draws, attaches a lightning energy to
Electabuzz, and punched me.  I drew, attached a Darkness energy to Sneasel,
Oaked, benched two more Jigglypuff, and beat up for 60 and the KO.  He sent
out Elekid and failed on his attempted playful punch.  I drew and did 80 to
the Elekid for the KO and the win.

Between Matches:

I went to buy some Neo packs and got Metal energy and some crap.  I managed
to trade for two Steelix, and another Metal energy (giving me four now)  Now
this Jermery kid challenged me.

Match two
Me(Better Watch Your Back) vs. Jermery(The Defender)

I believe that the strategy of this deck is to start a Staryu and slap
around, then use defenders, energy removals, and attacks like agility and
others to stall so your opponent cannot attack.  Let's just say that I got
the better of this match...  I get Scyther, Cleffa, and Jigglypuff.  I go
first, attach grass to Cleffa, and Eeeeeek! to get a great hand with Sneasel
and some Darkness energies.  He attaches water to Staryu and slaps me (no
damage).  I bench Sneasel, attack Darkness energy to Sneasel, retreat for
Sneasel, and then when I tried to attack he said one of the stupidest things
I had ever heard.  I swiped for 30, but he said that I didn't get the 10+
because I was a Dark Pokemon...ROFLMAO!!!  I explained how that I WOULD add
10 to that PKMN if Sneasel wasn't Dark but he/she is.  He called of the gym
leader, he ruled in my favor, and the match continued.  He added a water to
a benched mantine, and slapped me.  I attach Darkness energy to Sneasel,
play Gold Berry on Sneasel, and beat up for 60 and the KO.  He sends up
Mantine, tells me how he was about to evolve to Starmie...=/(rand0m newbie),
and ends his turn.  I then beat up for 40.  He draws, benches a Swinub, SERs
my Sneasel, and ends turn.  I draw, attach grass to Jiggly, and use lullaby.
(He then goes on with dumb words like "ugh lullaby is soooooo annonying
and the only thing worse is Swinub because he deals damage...in an almost
Clueless like voice...=/...rand0m newbie!!!)  He doesn't wake up and he ends
turn.  I attach DCE to Jiggly, evolve to Wiggly, and wave for 60 + KO.  He
sends out Swinub, tries to stall and draw up time, and then ends turn. I
draw and wave for the game.

Well, it is time to clean up and I am now sad...=/
