About 15 participants

Well, it was off to another day at the League, trying to make a mere
340 points to fill up my 5-week session.  Seeing as how I got 350, 400, and
410 points successively, I thought it would not be that hard.  However, the
normal number of people weren't there, and it was hard.  Also, the normal
number of GOOD people weren't there either...just read for yourself.

ScytherWiggly:
Pokemon:  15
4 Jigglypuff
4 Wigglytuff
3 Scyther
1 Rocket's Scyther
3 Cleffa

Trainers:  27
3 Oak
4 Search
3 Item Finder
4 PlusPower
2 Energy Removal
2 No Removal Gym
2 Gust of Wind
3 NGR
2 Gold Berry
2 Focus Band

Energy:  18 (yeah, high for my normal decks, but this isn't my tourney deck,
HitmonchanWiggly is)
12 Grass
4 DCE
2 Full Heal

Strategy:  Cover all the bases.  All pokemon except Rocket's Scyther have
free retreat to a Jigglypuff.  WIGGLY TURN 2.  If Rocket's Scyther is only
basic, turn 2 40 damage.  If necessary to stall, Cleffa with a Focus Band
does nicely.  Gold Berry to keep Wiggly around longer.  Removal/NR Gym
actually do work well together.

Round 1:  vs. Charles with a Giovanni deck
1 Mulligan in this match.  Major Oaking got Wiggly off by turn 2 with a full
bench, although I gave up a lot of things I would have used later otherwise.
60 a turn killed weak basics.
1-0

Round 2:  Same kid, same deck
1 Mulligan here also.  The combo got off slower, but no pokemon really
presented a threat.
2-0

Round 3:  Same kid, same deck except he took out a Giovanni's Machop for a
Rocket's hitmonchan.
Rocket's Scyther saved the day as an only basic.  Had 4 Wigglies in hand.
Rocket's Scy killed all.
3-0

Round 4:  Same kid, same deck
Lone Jiggly against a 50 HP basic (forget what it was.)  Flipped heads.
Comp. Searched for a DCE, played it, Oaked and got 3 Pluspower in hand.
Played them all, TURN ONE KNOCKOUT.
4-0

Round 5:  Lee with a fighting deck
Lee is my rival at school for this...but not really that strong of one.  I
told him to use a deck supereffective against mine.  This game was long, and
I never got Wiggly off.  (He used fighting types to kill Jiggly.)  A Rocket's
Scyther came up and led the way.
5-0

Round 6:  Lee with a fire deck
Lee had bad luck flipping on Cleffa.  3 Eeeeeeks later, I had Wiggly loaded
with a full bench.  60 60 60 60
6-0

Round 7:  Jim with a Psychic-Fighting deck (mainly rock)
He killed my Jigglypuff, but I had Scyther take advantage of heavy grass
weakness for a quick win.
7-0

Round 8:  Triple Threat match between me, Jim (Koga deck rebuilt), and
Charles from above with a Jap Neo deck
You could attack either player (needless to say I got ganged up on).  Poison
did damage after each player, so it was worse.
Through Gold Berry and smart knockouts with PlusPower (I always seem to get
them when I need them), my opponents drew one prize off of me the whole game.
Every turn except for one, I got a KO.  Won by prizes.
8-0

Round 9:  Triple threat, same people.
Poison was brutal in this match, but my free or low-cost retreating helped me
avoid disaster.  Full Heal Energy saved me from a poison-paralysis combo.
9-0

Round 10:  Sharan with Blaine's Arcanine deck
My Aunt Sharan wanted to battle me (and she is very good, she makes every
deck I do and plays it well, although she's just the smallest bit behind me
in skill, which let me get the last prize or last Pluspower), so I told her
to use a fire or fighting deck.
I got Wiggly off on turn 2 to kill a Blaine's Growlithe that had potential.
The game went for 2 more turns, then she conceded, as she had no way to
defend.
10-0

Round 11:  vs. Andrew with Water deck
Many weak basics filled his side after 2 Mulligans.   However, many of them
were weak to grass.  Where Wiggly didn't do the work, Scyther did.
11-0

Round 12:  Kylie (Andrew's sister) with similar Water deck
She was a much better trainer.  However, she had weak basics as well, as I
won in two turns with Jiggly/Wiggly.
12-0

Rounds 13-16:  Andrew with Water deck again
I needed 4 more wins to fill up my session.  I played Andrew 4 times.  He had
no strong basics, except for an articuno (which Wiggly with a Pluspower
finished off.)
16-0

Props to all who traded me Cleffa today
Props to all that were good sports even though I beat them
Slops to Charles for not providing adequate translations for his Neo deck

I noticed I wished I had a fourth Oak in this deck many times.  I also
noticed Scyther very rarely did damage.  Okay, so Rocket's Scy did, but not
the regular one.  But that's what you get when you want an OK to good
attacker with free retreat.
