Hi. I went to a tourney ay Family Hobby again. Raher than playing a standard Haymaker or Trapper like everybody or something specifically made to beat those decks, I decided to try a fun idea and see if it works. The name... It's just something funny I thought of. Here's the deck.
Pokemon (16)
4 Abra (2 Rocket, 2 Base)
3 Kadabra
1 Alakazam
2 Chansey
2 Lapras
2 Seel
2 Dewgong

Energy (20)
2 Double Colorless Energy
7 Water
11 Psychic

Trainers(24)
2 Poke Trader
2 Gold Berry
3 Oak
4 Bill
3 Computer Search
2 Item Finder
3 Pluspower
3 Gust of Wind
2 Resistance Gym

The strategy is simple. Get out an early Kadabra or Dewgong to use Super Psy or Aurora Beam. If all fails, that's why I included Chansey and Alakazam to stall. Well, here we go!

Round 1 vs. Chad with Machamp's monkeys
Whew! This one was very easy. I started with Base Abra vs. Mankey(Jungle). I went first. I attached Psychic Energy to Abra, and also Pluspower. I play Resistance Gym. Then I Psyshock. I draw Kadabra for the Prize. He sends out a lone Machop. He Low Kicks me after attaching an Energy. I retreat for another Base Abra, attach an Energy to the Benced one, evolve it into Kadabra, then Oak. I pass after playing Gold Berry on Kadabra. He draws, plays a Mankey, attaches an Energy to it, and Low Kicks. I send out Kadabra. I Bill. Fearing Dark Primeape's Frenzied Attack sending this match to Sudden Death, I Gust out and kill Mankey after attaching an Energy. He draws, then forfeits.

Round 2 vs. Eric with Blaine's RK9 deck
He loves doing high damage. I expected Lugia, but he surprised me. He started with the 60 HP Blaine's Growlithe and no Bench while I started with Base Abra Active, and Benched Abra and Seel. I won the flip and retreated for Seel. I attached an Energy and used Headbutt. He drew, attached an Energy to Growlithe and Stoked. I drew, attached Water to Seel (Dewgong in hand) and Headbutted. He evolved into K9, played Recall, and Stoked. I evolved and use Aurora Beam for the win.

Semifinals vs. Steve with Classic Haymaker
This guy had all Base Set cards. He started with Farfetche'd vs. my Lapras. He went first but failed on Leek Slap. My Lapras eventually killed Fetchant. He then promoted Chan to kill Lapras. My Abra paralyed Chan. He was all alone with 50 Health left. I Item Findered for Pluspower, played it, Billed, another Pluspower, Oaked, one more power, and Pyshock for the win.

Final Round vs. Rick
This is the store owner. He enters tourneys when he holds them. He had the same record as me. This is the farthest he has ever gotten. He was playing a Mewtwo, TR Zappy Sponge. I started with Chansey vs. Mewtwo. I stalled for a long time and got a Dewgong and Kadabra with 2 Energies a piece. Chansey was finally finished by TR's Zapdos. I sent out Kadabra and used Super Psy. He plazma'd. I Gold Berryed Dewgong, and killed Zapdos. He promoted a lone MP Mewtwo to finish Kadabra. I sent out Dewgong and Oaked, played and Energy, and Aurora Beamed. He drew. Then he said, " You win".
Record 4-0 12 Points
