Hello people of Pojo. Let me first off say two things.One, to the people of my store who say Slowking decks are cheap and easy to play.Slowking decks are not easy to play. The strategy may be easy but getting the stratgy successfully set up is the hard part. Some people don't have any Slowkings so they get upset that I do.Actually, there isn't a second thing so here is the list.

Strategy=get Slowkings(2-3) on the bench and Beat-Up with Sneasel. Good idea to Lass/Eeeeeek first turn to buy time for the Kings. Also, maybe lock with Krow and deny energy so they can't attack. Enough talk, here are the results

Dan is actually 15th in Ohio with a 1846 rating. He goes first and passes. I Lass/Eeeeeeek on my turn and he has Oak and PCSearch in his hand. By the way, his active is Buzz and a benched Scyther. I also put down 2 Slowpokes. He passes again. I attach Dark to Sneasel, mill for 2 Slowkings and Eeeeeeek again. He attaches DCE to Scyther and fails on a Bill attempt. I get another Dark to Sneasel. Super the Scyther and kill the Buzz. I also get a 3rd Slowking. He tries Bill and fails. Then, I Beat-Up and get enough heads for the game.1/0=3pts.

Brian starts with lone Magmar and I with lone Cleffa. I go first and lass/eeeeeeek to gain control. He gets heads on Smokescreen. I get Sneasel and eeeeeeek. He kills 2-3 pokemon with Magamr and some lucky flips. I get 2-3 Slowkings into play however. I become frustrated and Oak like crazy. Get a Sneasel and Beat-Upfor my1st kill. He passesand I draw my last card and Garbage Run. I have Item Finder and Garbage Run in my hand and he eventually loses because of Sneasel.2/0=6pts.

Uh oh! Julius! The game however turned out easy. Everyone thought hed trash me since he beat me last week, but I had a great start. I get Murkrow and Mean Look a Chansey. He tries to build the Chansey up but I continously Super and energy removalit. I get 2-3 Slowkings into play andkill his Iggly. I wipe out his bench full of babies and eventually kill his Chansey with Murkrow.3/0=9pts.

I go first and eeeeeeeek. He has Blaine's Ponyta only and fails Stamp after 2 Bills and an Elm. I get 2-3 Slowkings and a Sneasel. I kill Blaine's Rapidash with Beat-Up. He then sends out Sneasel with a bench of 3. He only gets 1 heads and triggers my Gold Berry. The rest of his pokemon were easy to kill with Beat-Up and a few triggered Gold Berries via Item Finder.4/0=12pts.

He decides to forfit and I win.This should really helpmy rating since technically I beat him twice.5/0=15pts.

This was really an all luck match for Matt.I get 2 Sneasels andjunk in my opening hand and Lass. He then topdecks an Oak. And 2 Igglies. He gets non-holo Umbreon and whipes out my pokemon with 3 Dark Energy. He beats me in prizes 6-0!! All luck man, all luck.5/1=15pts.

Oh well. Even with the loss. I can now safely say I'm the current best player at Game Trader. Of the 5 times I've been there, I've won 2 out of 5 and have made the championship every time.
