I have played with, and against both types of decks: Sneasels, and Wigglies.
Both are powerful, and, luckily, I got both!!! I got fed up with using both
types of decks, so I combined em, and went undefeated since 2 weeks after
genesis, when i got my last sneasel and 2 dark energies. I wanted to do some
winnin, and my raindance went on back up. Here's Guns Of Evil!!!

4 jigglypuff (the original Puff Daddy)
4 Wigglytuff (both fashionable, and functional)
4 Electabuzz (used em in my original deck, a mono-lightning, even b4 I saw the
haymaker)
4 Sneasel (when ya get tails, he just begs "please, put apply an open flame
to me!")

4 prof oak (utsugi slows down the deck a bit when what you are goin for is a
pluspower, gust, etc)

4 golden berry (a killer trainer, and makes potions and super potions TOTALLY
obselete)
2 no removal gym (not exactly a commonly used trainer, but the most aggravating
thingwith sneasel is losing dark energy)
2 chaos gym (if I need to use a trainer real bad, I'll slap down a no removal)

Getting KOs with this deck is fast as lightning, but so is decking out. NGR
delays this SLIGHTLY. not much i can say, really, the deck sells itself.
The Report:
prelim match:
the guy only got an Erika's jiggly, I got a sneasel, with a dark, and oaked and
comped for 4 pluspowers. 2 heads. I win, the kid started crying.
round 1 (division A)
the guy bragged that he had 4 promo mew2s, 4 rocket mew2s, and 4 sab's kazam,
that he ripped off some kid.
my brother lost a deck just like that last week. I wooped his deck, then whooped
him, and took my bros deck back (and a little souvenir). he got out a promo, and
wiggly killed it turn 2 off of sleep, loaded bench and a pluspower.
division semi-final:
a cute girl,my age (15) who ran a wiggly/chan/scyther/chansey deck. she got
wiggly out early, but I got a sneasel out while a buzz died, and i filed my
bench. she lost 2 straight pokes.
I won after a wiggly finished off a chansey
Division Final:
some kid wearing an alien mask, calling himself Ash's Conscience. he was scary.
he ran buzz/rocket's zap/chan. a wiggly took down a zap on turn 2 (after a
jiggly with a double C hurt it on 1st). then, took down a buzz with a pluspower
added onto the loaded bench. then buzz wasted another zap.
I walked away from the table with a card he made take: a 1st edition base1
Venusaur. I was amazed. then, I gave him a 1st edition non-holo dark charizard,
the only card other than my deck I had on me for some reason.(looks all
innocent)
Tourney Final:
a kid with a killer grass deck, venu/meganium/pinsir. it was fast
but so is sneasel!!! 2 dark on turn2, took down a venu, then a pinsir, then
wiggly got a mega in 2 turns. I WIN IT ALL!!!
I take my prize, 10 packs of jungle. (he wouldn't tell me where he got em)
I got: a wiggly, 2 scythers, a mr mime, and a buttload of crap.
