This deck was suprisingly effective today at the
Pokemon League. Maybe because the Pokemon League is
easy, maybe I underestimate stuff. Probably because
the League is easy. Anyways, here's the deck:

Two-Hit Wonder

4 Mr. Mime
4 Doduo
4 Dodrio
4 Lt. Surge's Rattata
4 Lt. Surge's Raticate
2 Machop

3 Professor Oak
4 Bill
3 Pokemon Trader
3 Nightly Garbage Run
3 Gust of Wind
4 Secret Mission
3 Pokemon Center

2 Double Colorless Energy
13 Psychic Energy

The purpose of this deck is to get Lt. Surge's
Raticate, Mr. Mime, and Dodrio out to KO anything in
two hits. I thought it might be too reliant on combos
but I was wrong. It did well. The Machops are for
Colorless Pokemon. Put down Machop, DCE and 40 for a
surprise. Trainers are pretty self-explanatory. Secret
Mission is to draw more and be sneaky. Pokemon Center
is to heal because the Pokemon don't need lots of
energy. This is supposed to be a fun deck, not a
competion deck, just to inform you. Ok, now the
report:
(Rattata refers to Lt. Surge's Rattata, Raticate
refers to Lt. Surge's Raticate)

Battle 1 vs. red-haired kid:
This kid had a legendary bird deck. We were playing
Sudden Death. The kids like it a lot here. So I had a
Doduo and he had a Articuno. He goes first and lays
down Water. I draw and put down Rattata and Mr. Mime
and energize Mr. Mime. He puts down another Water. I
evolve Rattata and Gust of Wind a Base Zapdos. I put
Psychic on Raticate and Super Fang. He puts down Grass
on Zapdos. I evolve Doduo and retreat for Mr. Mime,
attach Psychic, and Meditate. Quick battle but long
summary.
1-0

Battle 2 vs. Scott (hi):
He has a Raindance. He started out with Lapras and I
had a Rattata. I went first. I don't remember the
middle of the battle except he had 3 Blastoises once.
His friend (Luca) was telling how he made lots of
mistakes like how he was using Water Gun instead of
Confuse Ray, etc. He forfeits in the end.
2-0

Battle 3 vs. 13-14 year old kid:
I don't know how else to discribe him. He was using a
Psychic/Fighting deck. He had Machop and I had Doduo.
He went first. He built up on Machop to a Dark Machoke
and KOed a Rattata or two. I eventually got a hit in
from Raticate and from Mr. Mime to knock it out. He
sends Abra against Mr. Mime and Paralyzes. He
Psyshocks again for the KO. I send Raticate and Super
Fang. He evolves into Alakazam in a few turns. He then
sacrifices Alakazam and sends out a Gastly. From there
it was Super Fang-Meditate for the rest.
3-0

Battle 4 vs. adult (I think his name was Al):
I played 4-way battles with him lots. He had a
Fighting deck. I start with Doduo. He had a Brock's
Onix (the 100 HP one. I forgot the level). He builds
up on his Onix while I have Mr. Mime. He does Bellow
for a while, trying to stall. I manage to do 70 damage
before he retreats and sends out Diglett. He Digs. I
KO it. He sends out Kangaskhan and Fetches a lot. I
send out Raticate and Super Fang. I then send out
Machop and Punch for the KO. I then destroyed his
Onixes and he forfeits because of a contest. More on
it later.
4-0

Battle 5 vs. adult again:
This battle was very similar to the previous one. I
don't exactly remember what happened but he did have
Brock's Onixes, Kangaskhans, and Digletts. This battle
was another win. He didn't forfeit this time.
5-0

It's another victorious day for me even with a "fun"
deck. I got lots of cards that I needed from trades.
It was a fun day at the Pokemon League. Lastly, I'd
like to say bye to everyone and thank you for reading
this extremely long article. Bye!
