Round 1- I played in the 11-14 division. The games and people were serious
and one small mistake can make you loose the gold- the Gold Invatation that
is. We flipped the coin and it landed in my favor. He choose Abra (Base Set).
I choose Scyther. I played Jiggly and i had computer search, Oak, Pluspower,
and a couple of energies in my hand (Including D.C.). I retreated Scyther and
put D.C.E. on Jiggly and used pound with pluspower. One Prize. He had another
Abra base on the bench and put it into battle with Jiggly. He tried to
paralyze me but failed. I drew Wiggly and played it. I oaked and put 5 extras
on the bench. That was game. It was unbelivably easy to kill Abras! That just
shows you how much high HP Pokemon determine games.

Round 2- I played a kid that looked like he was seven years old in the 11-14
division. I felt bad for the kid because I saw a Voltorb when he was
shuffling. We fliped and i went first. He played Magnemite and I played
Jiggly. I topDecked an oak and did so.
I played a DCE on Jiggly and played Pluspower. I played PC search Pluspower.
Then I played the Pluspower. That was game. After the match i found out that
the kid was Eight years old and that he was in the wrong division.

Round 3- I played this kid named Andrew. Finally. Someone that was my age
that wasn't using Abra. We fliped in my favor. He played Rocket's Scyther and
i played Scyther. He had Pinsir on the bench and I had Jigg and Mewtwo. I
drew an item finder that was pretty useless. I sneaked away his Oak which
helped a lot. I put a phychic energy on Jigglypuff then I eneded the turn.
His next turn was really fast. He Played a Grass energy on Rocket's Scyther
and used Shadow Images. I topDecked a Wigglytuff and played it. I retreated
my Scyther and put Wiggly into battle. I item Finder a Rocket Sneak Attack he
had Blanes Quiz #1 and I sneaked it away. Other than that in his hand was
mostly Energies. I Computer Searched for an Oak and did so. I put DCE on
Wiggly with 5 extra Pokemon on the bench. I only had oak left in my hand. For
Shadow images I fliped tails. No damage was delt. He played a DCE on Rocket
Scyther and did blinding Scythe for 40 damage. I top decked a No removal Gym
and played it. Then I oaked. A who new hand of some good trainers. I was
happy. I played Wiggly on my benched Jiggly and put an electric energy on it.
I tryed do the wave and it failed. Then he Blinded scythe me for another 40
Wiggly was gone. He also played a Venonat. I took out wiggly and I topdeck a
computer search. I PC searched a DCE and put it on Wigglytuff. I fliped for
the wave and it didn't work. Darn!! He Put a DCE on his Pinsir and used
Blinding Scythe. I drew sneak attack. I fliped for shadow images and it
finally worked! He put Pinsir into play. He put grass on it and that was it.
I killed off the Pinsir. Then he played A Venomoth and put Rocket's Scyther
on the bench. He put grass on Rocket's Scyther then that was it. I knew if I
let the Rocket's Scyther live i would lose so I gusted and killed it off. He
put grass on Venomoth and that was it. I topDecked a Comp Search and search
for pluspower. That was game but it was a close one. I got a Gold invatation.

Round 4- this one I knew I lost. I was playing Mike Delgaudio (Part of the
top 100 Players in the U.S. DCI ranked.) He said he went to the Tropicle Mega
Battle and won. He came with Vashal Phaloo and Jason Imperiale. In the
begining I was really scrwed. I Got a Jiggly with Gust of wind and 5
energies. He went first and he took out Ditto and he had Fossil Magmar on the
bench. He put DCE down with a pluspower. I had 30 left. I drew another Gust
so I gusted to fossil Magmar and put him asleep. He Scooped it up and Played
a pluspower to make the game.

Even though I lost I still got the Invite and my freind Steve Sperling was in
the Finals with him and won. The next day I went and I won so I was happy. I
left with Plenty of Booster Boxs and Game boys and hats and shirts. It was
really cool. I want to thank some of my freinds for Pokemon training and
helping me get this far: Steve Sperling, Sean McGowan, David Koran, and Dave
Homan. We all got Invitations.
