Baby Pokemon: Evolves Into Pikachu
As long as a baby Pokemon is your active Pokemon, your opponent flips a coin whenever his/her active Pokemon attacks.  If tails, that attack does nothing.
C Clap
This attack does 20 damage all Pokemon on both sides that have Pokemon Powers.
Weakness: None
Resistance: None
Retreat Cost: Free

Pikachu (Neo)
50HP
C Quick Attack 10+
Flip a coin.  If heads, this attack does 10 damage plus 10 more damage.  If tails, this attack does 10 damage.
EEC Agility 20
Flip a coin.  If heads, prevent all effects of attacks, including damage, done to Pikachu during your opponent's next turn.
Weakness: F
Resistance: None
Retreat Cost: C

This deck is built around Pichu, Dark Raichu, and Dark Electrode.  All of them can attack for either heavy damage and/or move your Energy around.

First Battle vs Josh (10 damage beatdown)
I thought that doing 10 damage or none every turn was down right stupid, but this deck was actually okay.  I started w/ Volt and laid a Pichu and a Pikachu on the bench.  He went first w/ base Voltorb and Tackle"d" mine for 10.  I Speed Ball"ed" his Volt for 20.  I laid a rare Brock's Zubat on the bench, retreated Volt, and called on the bat as his active Pokemon.  Then he passed.  I laid a Pika, charged it up, and Speed Ball"ed" Zubat worth 20.  He evolved his bat Pokemon into Brock's Golbat, attached DCE, and Spiral Dove for 10 to each.  I Erika's Perfumed and forced down 2 TR Drowzees.  I retreated Volt, charged up Pichu, and called on it.  I Clapp"ed worth 20 to each Drowzee.  He long distance hypnotiz"ed" and got tails.  He then played full heal and Spiral Dove.  I evolved Pichu to Pikachu, attached Energy, and Quick"ed" for 20.  This match kept going till he did three Oaks in one turn and "decked" himself.

Second battle vs weird kid who wouldn't tell me his name (stupid deck)
He didn't even have a turn in this one.  I started w/ Pika to his base Gastly (chuckle).  I charged up Pika, PlusPower"ed" and Quick"ed" him, got heads, and won.

I spent lots of time trading with other kids.  I bought a base set pack and got I Charizard.

Final Record 2-0

Props to Josh for showing me an okay deck.
Props to me for picking that pack and getting 'Zard.
Props to a kid for trading me 1st ed. base set Blastoise in mint condition

Slops to my second opponent for being stupid.
Slops to a kid who wouldn't trade his Japanese Dark Raichu for anything (not even 1st ed. base 'Zard in mint.  A kid offered him one).
Slops to a kid for trying to steal my friend's deck (I caught him).
Slops to a kid for bragging about his Neo 1 Promo Ohdairu.
