My decks are doing well now, and I've cooked up another new one, called "Buzzmime"  Here it is.

Buzzmime

4 Electabuzz
4 (movie promo) Mewtwo
4 Mr. Mime
4 Scyther
4 Bill
2 Professor Oak
4 Energy Removal
2 Super Enegy Removal
4 Nightly Garbage Run
4 Double Colorless Energy
10 Electric Energy
14 Psychic Energy

The strategy with this deck is basicly to stall with Mr. Mime while you charge up your Electabuzz.  Mewtwo and Scyther can work extremely well against Haymaker decks, too.  Energy Removal and Super Energy Removal keep your opponent low on Energy while you Bill and Oak your this little old deck away.

First Battle vs Jeremy (Dewgong Deck)
Jeremy's Water deck was full of Seel and Dewgong, of course, and other non-Blastoise Pokemon of the water element.  I went first with an Electabuzz, and benched a Mewtwo.  I Thundershocked his active Seel for 20 and paralysis.  Next turn, I Thunderpunched Seel for 80 damage on the KO.  He brought out one of his benched Horseas (he had 2 of them, along with a Mysterious Fossil).  He used Smokescreen for 10.  I Thunderpunched successfully, doing 10 damage to Electabuzz, but still for the KO on Horsea.  Electabuzz then KO'd another Horsea, and an Omastar (which he'd evolved from his Mysterious Fossil with a Pokemon Breeder), running him out of basics.  So I guess I won.
Record 1-0

Second battle vs Angela (Haymaker Deck)
She went first with a Scyther and benched 2 Hitmonchans.  I started with a Mewtwo and benched an Electabuzz.  She attached a Fighting Energy to Scyther and passed.  I attached 1 Psychic Energy to Mewtwo, and used Energy Removal on her Scyther, and then passed.  Eventually, I drew a Mr. Mime, attached a Psychic Energy to it, and on that same turn, KO'd a Hitmonchan with a Scyther.  She Energy Removal"ed" my Scyther's Double Colorless, retreated her damaged Scyther and sent out a fresh one.  I retreated my Scyther then, and sent out Mr. Mime.  I laid down another Psychic Energy on Mr. Mime and used Meditate for 10 damage.  She retreated for Hitmonchan, who'd already taken 60 damage, and Jabbed for 20.  I placed a Mewtwo on my bench, laid down an Electric Energy on a Electabuzz, and Meditate"ed" for the KO.  Next turn, she used 2 Professor Oaks and "decked" herself, so I won.
Record 2-0

Last Battle vs Corey (Rain Dance Deck)
Corey used a Rain dance deck every week at the Pokemon League, and I always crushed it with Electabuzz and/or Lt. Surge's Jolteon.  This week I had Electabuzz on my side, so I could win again.  I started with Electabuzz active and benched 3 Mewtwos.  I Thundershocked his active Squirtle twice for the KO.  He brought out his only benched Pokemon then, another Squirtle.  (He tried to cheat and grab his KO'd Squirtle and put it in his hand, but I caught him.)  He Bubbled and got tails.  I laid down a Psychic Energy on Electabuzz and used Thudnerpunch to claim victory.  What a day at the Pokemon League, and undefeated again.
