This time I've cooked up another cool deck.  This time I've used Electric, Water, and Psychic element Pokemon for some surprises.

Ocean Zap

Pokemon (19)
4 Misty's Psyduck (Gym Challenge)
3 Misty's Golduck
3 Sabrina's Abra (Gym Heroes)
2 Sabrina's Kadabra
3 Lt. Surge's Pikachu (Gym Challenge)
2 Lt. Surge's Raichu (Gym Challenge)
2 Scyther

Trainers (19)
2 Lt. Surge's Treaty
4 Bill
2 Blaine's Quiz #1
3 Professor Oak
2 Gust Of Wind
2 Computer Search
4 PlusPower

Energy (22)
2 Double Colorless
6 Electric Energy
5 Water Energy
7 Psychic Energy

The strategy with this Ocean Zap is to keep your opponent low on Energy and HP until Sabrina's Kadabra and a PlusPower are ready, then ZING!  Flip and if heads, KO your opponent's active Pokemon.

First Battle vs little kid who wouldn't tell me his name (Nidoran Deck)
I laughed when I went first with a Surge's Pika to a Nidoran Male base set.  I attached DCE to Pika, PlusPowered and did Quick Attack worth 40 damage and the KO.  Hey, I already won.
Record 1-0

Second Battle vs Jesse (Bug Deck)
This one was quick.  He went first w/ Weedle and I got 2 Psyducks.  He had no Energy so he passed.  I attached Psychic Energy to Psyduck, did ESP, and got to draw a card.  He again had no Energy and passed.  I evolved Misty's Psyduck into Misty's Golduck, attached Water Energy to Golduck, and Electro Beam"ed" for victory.
Final Record 2-0

I spent tons of time trading and got some really good deals.
