I absolutely loved this deck at the tournament. This is the
NC qualifier.
5 rounds in each session and it is single elimination. 3 wins got you the
Invitation to the ECSTS!!! I entered in 3 sessions so this is a long
report..sorry. Here is what the deck was and how it did!

The top winner got 36 packs!! I played 11-14 first day, 11-14 second day and
15 up later on the second day.
First Day: Oct. 14th
Round 1 11-14: Speed Canine VRS Wigglytuff with grass
I started with the arcanine and growlithe with scyther and bill's.I went
first. I used all 4 bills on turn 1 and used magmar to smoke screen for the
next turns. He kept on trying to attack but fliped tailes each time. I sent
up my arcanine and gusted out his wigglytuff and did take down and he sent up
scyther but didn't draw another basic so I flamethrowered for the win!

Round 2: Speed Canine VRS Likitounge stall
He had only 80 or 90 hp basics but they had high retreat cost.He went first.
He tried to build up his fossile Zapdos but I gusted it up and Did take down
with defender. I oaked a few times to get the energy I needed. I guested up
his kangaskahn and did take down again he only had likitounge and I did cpu
search for plus power and take down for the win!

Round 3: Speed Canine VRS Haymaker
He had hitmonchan and Rockets Hitmonchan and I had scyther as my active.I got
first. He never Billed or oaked the whole game. he cross countered alot and
got heads but pretty soon I had my ericas dratini out to fight him and it won
the match!
3-0 YES!!! the Invite!
Round 4: Speed Canine VRS Sponge
Crud a sponge. I used to play one so I know how dangeros it could be.He went
first. he pulled of the mewtwo combo.I smocked screen and smoged alot. he got
chansey up too and when he had two prizes left after a long battle and double
edged twice. I lost.

October 15th Second Day
Round 1 11-14: Speed Canine VRS Koga Deck
lone Kogas weedle (40 hp) VRS magmar. We flipped and I got heads and pumped
magmar with 1 plus power and oak for another plus power. First Turn win!!!

Round 2: Speed Canine VRS Raindance
Ohh No!!! raindance! I won the flip. He didnt get out blastiose till later
but I got out arcanine 3rd turn and I gusted out his pokemon with water
energy and did take down.Mainly Articuno's I did this to. He stalled a couple
of turns. He got out 'stoise and knocked out arcanine and I sent up my
scythers to slah and then my other arcanine came out and I did take down
again for the win!

Round 3: Speed Canine VRS Haymaker
This was a little too easy for top 8. I lost the flip but I got my magmar to
smog and poision on second turn but he retreated alot but nerver powered up
anything I had my scythers come up and slash his Rockets hitmonchans a
fewtimes for the win!

Round 4: Speed Canine VRS Wigglytuff
This is my friend from underground games Eric R. the other Eric couldn't make
it.I won the flip. I had a crappy hand with 1 fire energy but I smogged alot.
I got arcanine out but he got 2 wigglytuffs to knock it out. He gusted up my
growlithes and knocked them out. He needed one card to win, one more energy
so he oaked so he had no cards left in his deck but he got the energy. I lost.
3-1 same cool things as before
I huredly ran back to the sign up, after I filled out the Information for the
prizes, to get one of the last tickets to 1:45 15&up division
Round 1 15&up: Speed Canine VRS Grass I think her name was julia or
something
I won the flip. Magmar with a fire against a lone paras for 2 turns. Guess
what happend.

Round 2: Speed Canine VRS Haymaker
I went second. I played alot of searchs and bills. He only had hitmonchans
and he even said he had a crappy hand. I had Scyther to slash a fewtimes.
Then it got knocked out by a few cross counters. He crosscountered but I sent
up arcanine to flamethrower with a pluspower for the win! his dad got mad
because he said I was playing too many trainers but the judged asked him to
leave.

Round 3: Speed Canine VRS Alakazam and Dark Vileplume
I knew this would be tough if i didn't gust up his pokemon soon. I won the
flip and I sent out scy and gusted out his oddishes and abras.He later got up
a scyther and slashed a few times and evolved into Dark Vileplume. I had
Arcanine take down the rest and flamethrower his scyther for the win!!

Round 4: Speed Canine VRS Eevee
I had no clue how he made it this far but he only had a pikachu and
horsea(?)I went first but he later got a raichu out and I had magmar to
poison everything. he got out the raichu and thundered once for a prize but I
had Arcanine to take it down for the win!!!

Round 5 FINALS: Speed Canine VRS Wigglytuff
I knew what to expect. I went second. He rocket sneack attacked my oack and
Item finder. I got magmar to stall while I built up arcanine. He attached
another energy to jigglypuff and passed. I gusted it up and oaked with
pluspower and knocked it out. he attached another energy to hitmonchan. I
gusted it up and did take down with defender. He sent up ditto and did
flamethrower. I only had 2 prizes by that point. I did flamethrower for 50.
He passed. I item findered for a gust of wind and did takedown on tuff for 2
prizes for the Win!!!!!!
5-0 I got a whole box and another invite and hat and the coolest prize of
all...a cool bag!!! and a cool a$$ shirt.
