Total-60 Cards

1st Battle-against a grass deck focused around Beedrill
My Ist turn- I had an Electabuzz as active and a Charmander and Dratini
on bench. My opponent had a Weedle as his active and no benched Pokemon. I
attached a Electric energy on Electabuzz and did Thundershock. The coin flip
was tails and then it was my opponent's turn.
Opponents 1st turn-He put a grass energy on Weedle and used a bill. I saw
him frown and he started to complain that he didnt have any Pokemon. He used
Poison Sting and flipped the coin. It was tail and couldn't poison
Electabuzz.
My 2nd turn-I drew from the top of my deck and attached a fire energy on
Electabuzz and did Thunderpunch, knocking out my opponent's Weedle. I won.

2nd Battle-against a Haymaker Deck

My 1st turn-My opening pokemon was Kangaskhan. I was planning to do fecth
till I got all the cards I needed, but that plan was cut short when I found
out that my opponent's Pokemon was a Hitmonchan. I attached an energy on
Kangaskhan and used fetch.
Opponent's 1st turn-He put out a Scyther out on his bench, attached a
fighting energy on Hitmonchan, and used Jab doing 40 damage to my Kanghaskan.
My 2nd turn-I attached a fire energy to my Charmander sitting on my
bench. I knew I could only use fetch 2 more times and a needed a backup
pokemon. I had a Dratini and it was completely useless. So then I used fetch
and drew a card.
Opponent's 2nd turn-He put another fighting energy on Hitmonchan. He then
caught me by surprise by putting a plus power on "Chan." He then used Jab and
did 50 damage knocking out my Kangaskhan.
My 3rd turn-I put Dratini out so I could stall enough to develop
Charmander. I had a Charmeleon in my hand, but didn't want to evolve him yet.
I put a D.C.E. on Charmander and ended my turn.
Opponent's 3rd turn-My opponent then put an enrgy on Hitmonchan and did
special punch knocking out Dratini.
My 4th turn-I brought out my Charmander. I attached a fire energy on it
and evolved it into Charmeleon. I then used flamethrower and ended my turn.
Opponent's 4th turn-He retreated "Chan" and brought a Electabuzz. He did
thundershock and paralyzed me.
The match streched on. Charmeleon eventually fainted while I was
desperatly trying t o get a Charizard or a card that could do some serious
damage. I managed to get 3 prizes but I lost the match. It was kinda
embarrassing losing to a common archtype like Haymaker but I got over it. It
was a pretty fun match. I'm going to try and find my deck's weakness and
rebuild it.
