Hi everybody, my name is Zach.  I am compeating in a very competitive
tournament at Fun For All in Ann Arbor, MI.  This is a non DCI sanctioned
tournament.  There is very high competition here.  I am tied for the most
amount of wins w/ 13.  I hope to today become the number 1 player in the Ann
Arbor, MI area, but still have fun at the same time.  There is a two dollar
entry fee so I need to get first or second if I want a prize.  The deck I am
going to use is a deck I started using way back in the Summer of 99.  The
only change I have made is in the Fall I took out Hitmonchan and put in
fossil Magmar.  I call him Scyther's Master.  Anyway, enough ego and rambling
- here is the deck:

The Wigglymaker v2.0

2 Wigglytuff
3 Jigglypuff
4 Electabuzz
4 Fossil Magmar
4 Scyther
2 Bill
3 Professor Oak
4 Super Energy Removal
2 Computer Search
2 Item Finder
2 Switch
4 Gust of Wind
4 PlusPower
2 Energy Retrieval
6 Electric Energy
8 Fire Energy
4 Double Colorless Energy

The first version of this deck was more about getting Wigglytuff into play.
I then decided I would be better off with 3 Jigglypuff and 2 Wigglytuff
instead of 4 and 3.  I also took out the Energy Removals and put in Plus
Powers.  This took care of those Hitmonchans, Electabuzzes, Articuno,
Scyther, etc.  I also took out Ditto and put in Magmars.  They were killed by
status effects except for poison.  Magmar can take out Scythers and Mr. Mimes
easily.  Well that's about it.  On to the deck report.

Round 1 vs Miles (Raindance, w/ Evil Dragonair, and Dragonite)
Miles' deck is missing what I believe is one of the key cards in a Raindance:
Articuno.  I started with 1 Fire, 1 Scyther, 2 Magmar, 1 Electabuzz, 1 Plus
Power, and a Professor Oak.  I went first with Scyther as my active, Rocket
Squirtle was his.  We each did not have a bench.  I drew a Jigglypuff.  I put
down Magmar with a fire and Smoke Screened.  He put down a Double Colorless
and flipped b/c of Smoke Screen.  He flipped a tails.  I drew another
Electabuzz.  I put the Plus Power on Magmar, layed some basic and Oaked.  I
drew some basics and energy.  I put a fire on Magmar and tried to kill
Squirtle with poisoning.  It was heads.  I won, due to Miles' lack of basic.

1-0

Round 2 vs William with Clefary and Clefable Haymaker
William has a good deck, but it was missing some of the fundamentals.  I
tried to help him later.  This game was more about taking advantage of
weakness than anything.  I got a so and so draw.  I started with Scyther, him
w/ Scyther as his active and Buzz as bench.  He started off by laying an
electric on Buzz and Thundershocking, w/o parylazation.  I retreated Scyther
for one of my Buzzes.  I thundershocked w/ parylazation.  He layed an energy
on Buzz and said go.  I layed another electric on Buzz and thunderpunched for
thirty.  He layed down his second Scyther with a Double Colorless and
thunderpunched for 30.  I layed a Magmar with a Fire and killed Buzz w/
thunderpunch, he took the extra ten.  He pulled Scyther forward and put a
fighting on him.  He then killed me w/ a Plus Power.  I pulled Magmar and
Super Energy Removaled him with a Fire from my hand.  Then I Smoke Screened.
He put an energy on a benched Scyther and said go.  I drew a Fire, thank god,
and placed it on Magmar.  Not taking any chances I killed him w/ a Plus
Power.  He placed a Hitmonchan on his bench after pulling Scyther forward.
He decided to put a fighting on Chan and jab.  I put a Jigglypuff down w/ a
Lightning, then Smogged w/o poisoning.  He then suprisingly killed my Magmar
w/ 3 Plus Powers.  Good move!  I placed Jigglypuff as my active, evolved into
Wigglytuff, put down a Double Colorless and filled up my bench for the kill.
Out came his Scyther w/ one energy.  He did, however, lay down a Clefairy
with an energy.  I decided to gust and kill that.  He drew and said go.  I
Computer Searched for a Plus Power and won a very intense game.
2-0

Semi-Finals vs a 10 year old with a Blastoise, Machamp deck
He had a very strange deck, that should have been eIiminated much earlier. I
managed to get out a third turn Wigglytuff and Oak.  I went through a Rocket
Machop and Rocket Squirtle to win.
3-0

Finals vs William
William defeated Miles in the semi-finals to fight his way back into the
finals with me.  Willaim did not a good draw.  All he had was a Clefairy.  He
went first and was unsuccessful at singing.  I started with a Magmar which I
attached a Fire to and smoke screened.  He still did not have any basic and
failed again at singing.  I attached a Fire to Magmar and flipped for
poisoning.  It was heads, I win.
4-0

Well, this puts me on top at Fun For All w/ fourteen wins.  I have also not
lost in the last 7 tournaments I have played in.  Not bad if I do say so
myself.  I'll keep looking to improve on this deck, but it is one of the best
decks today.

Props and Slops
Props to William for taking his beatings in the finals and not complaning
about his draw.
No slops...No one deserves any.

Thanks for Reading!
