Hello all!  I am happy about the results of this tourney.  It may not be that great but it is my second tournament, and my record looks like a good start!  I went to superhero city in Sewell, NJ(thanks to pojo's "places to play" section for helping me find it).  I played 6 games.

Well, here is the deck.  I call it "Energy Suction".  It is an energy denial deck.

20 Water Energy
4 DCE

3 Psyduck
2 Golduck
3 Dratini
2 Dragonair
2 Lapras
2 Scyther
2 Magikarp
1 Gyarados

4 ER
4 SER
3 bill
2 Oak
2 Switch
2 GOW
2 Computer Search

The theme is removing energy(duh!).  I can take off most of the energy on there already using SER and ER and then I send out Golduck or Dragonair to keep them energyless.  Scyther and Lapras are good starting basics, and Gyarados is just in there because he's good.

Round One--Raindance

I started out with Laporas and he started with articuno.  I attached and energy with water gun and did 10 damage.  his turn. He couldn't attack so he let me go.  I used confuse ray and got tails.  Then it was his second turn and he bred his squirtle on the bench, raindanced 4 energys on articuno and used blizzard on THE SECOND TURN!  but he did 10 too all of his benched.  I got heads with confuse ray and stopped him from attacking me.  I was able to kill his articuno and when he brought out blastoise he didn't have enough energy to attack so he let me go.  From then on I kept my Lapras alive with SER and lucky confusion flips and killed his blastoise, and his other blastoise, and he eventually ran out of bench.  He took no prizes!

WIN
1-0

Round 2--Damage Swap

I started with a psyduck and he started with a Base Set Mewtwo(?!).  I was able to evolve Psyduck and kill his basic mewtwo.  he brought out kadabra and evolved to alakazam.  then he put down tentacool.  He kept swapping my golduck's 20 damage to tentacool and picking it up and putting it down, and he held me off with his 4 SER's!  However, he decked himself out due to the use of too many oaks.

WIN
2-0

Round 3--Haymaker

This game was really fast, and really frustrating!  I had a Dragonair out early with 20 damage on it, and he attached 2 pluspowers to hitmonchan to kill me!  I ran out of bench!  However, it wasn't my fault.

LOSS
2-1

Round 4--ANOTHER Haymaker

This was a quick game.  She started with fossil magmar and I started with lapras.  bye bye magmar.  Then she brought out another magmar and I retreated lapras for Gyarados.  again, bye bye magmar.  she ran out of bench.

WIN
3-1

Round 5--YET ANOTHER Haymaker

This was a long game.  I had been killing of his electabuzzes and hitmonchans with SER's and a Dragonair most of the game.  then my dragonair dies.  The rest of the game was sort of blurry but I do know that the timer went up and we tied.

TIE
3-1-1

Round 6--ANOTHER FRIKIN HAYMAKER!!!!
The kid I played against was really nice.  When I couldn't find my golduck he gave me one for free.  If you're out there, thanks a lot!

I lost due to a bad shuffle.  His Electabuzzes fried my psyducks and I ran out of basics.

LOSS
3-2-1

I came in 11th place(out of 33).  I was 3 places away from getting into the final 8!  Dang!

It is not the best record in the world but hey...it's my second tourney.  I did a lot better than last time, when I got in 19th out of 21!

Now for the props and slops:

props to the last kid I fought for sparing his golduck
props to the store owner for charging 3 bucks for his boosters
props to everyone I played against for being a good sport
props to the kid I traded my Charizard to
Props to my friend for getting the same record I got

slops to the kid who kept bugging me for my charizard
slops to my friend who ripped my other friends off(he sent a killer deck to pojo too, it might be posted under psychic/fighting decks, it's called "bench cooler")
slops to my other friends who got ripped off by my friend and came in 30th at the tourney
slops to the jerk who pushed me and my friends and said, "move ladies!" (I then said to him "you suck!" and he said "what did you say to me?" and he walked off, what a jerk)

That's all for now.  I hope you post this pojo!
