Round 1  Steven R.  Sabrina psychic deck

Steven always uses pyschic decks but this time fielded a Sabrina deck
which consists of sabrina's pokemon along with others.  I did not have much
luck this round, only fielding out a dragonair to his full psychic powers. I
lost this round
by losing all basics.
0-1

  Round 2  Dave    Fire (charizard)

This round, i got more lucky and got a arcanine out. With its 100 HP he can
take damage and give out 80 by only taking 30 damage itself. I was goin ok
when i got my out of control computer and got to draw 5 cards.  i happend to
get a gust of wind. I saw he had an evil charizard so i blew it in and
knocked it out with its 80HP. He had used his energys on the charizard so he
lost his power. I easily defeated him after that.
1-1

  round 3  Ben  Grass deck

This is a tough opponent unless you have a fire deck, which I have. But he
had a grass deck with weakness to psychic so it wasn't so easy. I was not
doing that well, only fielding a magmar when i got the out of control
computer. That changed the game and i healed my pokemon and powered up a
arcanine. Then, let the flamethrowers go. i won eventually.

2-1

round 4  Matt C.  Fighting deck

This was now the semi-finals and i needed another win. I drew my cards and
got my dragonair out and used his hyper beam to wipe out the energy and used
slam to wipe out the pokemon. Like always, i fielded an arcanine on the bench
in case all else fails.  His fighting powers didn't work to well, and his
machops and hitmonchans couldn't do enough damage to my high HP pokemon. I
won with him drawing few prizes.

   3-1

Finals, round 5  Steven R.   Sabrina psychic

I had another chance to redeem myself and did. i fielded a dratini and
growlithe while he got a mr. mime.  I kept pounding his mr mime but he had 3
potions so he kept stahling.  i got a gust of wind so i retreated my dratini
and sent out my arcanine and let fly my take downs. i had a super potion so i
cured arcanine of any recoil. So i killed his Mewtwo and he sent out mr mime
again. Luckily, i had yet another gust of wind and blew in another mewtwo and
took him down. he sent out mr mime again. This time, i retreated arcanine and
sent out dratini(now a dragoniar) and hyper beamed him mr mime to death. He
kept trying to come back but couldn't. I won and got to face the chaampion
kyle.

4-1

Round 6,  kyle   "rush"  (pokemon with little or no retreat)

Kyle may be the champ but he can be beaten, and i can do it in succsesion.
He feilded out a Spearow and i got a dratini. I started to pound him while
powering up my growlithe to get him ready for arcanine. kyle could not get
any energy's and i got my arcanine powered up and sent him out after my
dratini fainted.
Arcanine finished him off fast because his pokemon had low HP.

Well, this shows that arcanine can kill your opponent if you have the super
potions handy.
