this isnt exactly a normal tourney. we have a system where if your a gym
leader(which i am) then you get rewarded for beating a number of people.
but if you are a trainer you get a large reward for beating a gym leader
OR you get inducted to be a gym leader. it matters how good you actually
did EX: if you beat a leader cause he didnt draw an energy tell his
23rd turn then you wont get invited to be a gym leader. but if you just
tear through his undefeated haymaker then we vote you in. it is quite a
nice system. oh and the last thing is we have adopted an area rule
called "powerless" which is where you ALWAYS play no weakness or
resistense. (some may agree with this while others dont, pleaz dont
flame ME for it)ON WITH THE REPORT!!!

we had a total of 4 rounds
round 1 me vs a younger raindance playing kid
he starts with a squirtle and i only have a buzz (right here i was
cursing this place for the powerless rules) we both trade blows of
paralazation but both fail. but i happen to get an energy and waist his
squirtle and get the cheap win cause he had no benched pokemon
Round 2 me vs the best kid not a gym leader
this was a viscious battle where i used my mystic lake deck and he had a
pure haymaker. but he had energy probs early so i was dowm to 3 prize
cards by the time he got a chan energized. after that i took some damage
but comp searched for blastoise and trampled him.
Round 3 me vs a friend of mine that was borrowing my fire grass deck
i never realized how well i built this deck cause he got everything out
early and denied my blastiose. but i got a kadabra out and took out 3
pokemon with it tell it bit the pokedust. soon we were both down to our
last prize card. i had haunter out and he had a nidoran male. i draw
POKEBALL!!! flip to heads gengar and 1 dead nidoran.
Round 4 me vs a REAL young player
this kid had comvinced himself that he was going to lose. sadly he didnt
have a bench and i beat him quite easily . man i hate to win like that.
4 boosters was the prize for an undefeated gym leader. not much but hey
