Hello Pojo. This is my first time writing in and posting a deck, so here it
is.....
The name of my deck is SuperNova.
This deck contains fire, fighting and colorless Pokemon.
This is my deck:
22 fire energy (you will be discarding alot of it)
3 Growlith
2 Arcanine
2 Vulpix
1 Ninetails
2 Magmar
1 Flareon
5 Fighting energy (there's only 1 fighting pokemon)
1 Hitmonchan
4 Double Colorless Energy (you will need them alot)
2 Eevee( for the Flareon)
3 Dratini
3 Dragonairs
1 Snorlax
Trainers
3 Full Heal
2 Energy Retrieval
1 Clefairy Doll
Ok, now for the Tournament
I played at Its A Hit, Flemington, NJ.
There were 12 to 13 players and some left right away
after seeing our decks.
First round.
The first player I fought did not know
really what he was doing, so I took it easy on him.
I went first.
I put out my Magmar put 1 Fire Energy down on him
His turn.
He put out a Weedle.
He had no energy in his hand, so then it was
my turn.
I drew my card and it was a Clefairy Doll.
I put more energy on Magmar but I forgot to attack.
His turn.
Still nothing. He had energy for everything but
still nothing, so he put down energy on Weedle and retreated.
Then he put out a Magikarp.
My turn.
Now I got a Double Colorless.
I put that down on Dragonair
Then I attacked.
Magikarp is down to 10 hp.
His turn.
He put down Water Energy on Magikarp and did Flail.
I was dead.
My turn.
I got another Double Colorless.
And put that down on Dratini and put him out and evolved
him into
Dragonair
I attacked with Hyper Beam and took off the energy on
Magikarp
Well, long story short I really nailed him becuase it was
his first time ever playing the game
Next round.
I won the coin toss.
I put down Growlith and Magmar and put Fire Energy on Growlith.
His turn.
The only Pokemon he has is Sand Shrew.
He put Fighting Energy down on Sand Shrew and did a
Sand Attack.
My turn
I put more energy down on Growlith and did Flare. I
flipped heads, so it counts.
Now Sand Shrew is down to 20 hp.
His turn.
He did not draw any Pokemon and he did Sand Attack again.
My turn.
I put Fire Energy on Magmar and attacked with Flare again.
If I flipped heads I won.
I flipped HEADS.
Game over.
Championship Round.
I won the coin toss.
I put down Magmar and benched Growlith.
I put Fire Energy on Growlith.
His turn.
He put down a Jigglypuff and put me to sleep.
My turn.
I drew a Clefairy Doll.
I put down Fire Energy on Growlith and then used
Clefairy Doll and took back Magmar
His turn.
He put a Double Colorless on Jigglypuff and killed Clefairy
Doll.
My turn.
I put more Fire Energy on Growlith, put out Growlith and
did Flare.
His turn.
He evolves him into Wigglytuff and put me to sleep.
My turn.
I evolved Growlith into Arcanine, put down more Fire
Energy and did Take Down
I knocked out Wigglytuff.
His turn.
All he has is a Jigglypuff. He put energy down on him and
put me to sleep again.
My turn.
I drew Fire Energy.
Well nothing I can really do but....USE FULL HEAL he he
he.
Take Down. He's gone. No more Pokemon on his bench so I
win. :-)
Please tell me if u are going to use my deck. i would like
to know how many people use it...
