Hi! My name is Toby and I participated in a tournament at Sanctuary Comics
in Watertown NY. The tournament was on Aug.1 1999. This is my first deck,
so please give me some tips to make it better. Okay here it is:

14x Grass Energy
12x Psychic Energy

1x Snorlax
1x Kanghaskhan
2x Dratini
1x Dragonair
1x Clefairy
1x Clefable

2x Abra
1x Kadabra
1x Gastly
1x Haunter
1x Jynx
1x Mewtwo

2x Oddish
1x Gloom
1x Vileplume
1x Exeggute
1x Exeggutor
1x Nidoran Male
1x Nidorino
1x Nidoking
1x Scyther

2x Revives
1x Super Potion
2x Potions
1x Energy Retrieval
1x Computer Search
1x Pokeball
1x Pokemon Breeder
1x Pokemon Trader

Here's what happened during the tournament.
Round One: This guy had a psy/lightning deck he was doing pretty good.
However I got Kanghaskhan out and he disrupted his strategy.
Round Two: This person was easy. He had about five different types of
energy in his deck. He didn't get enough energy so I blasted him with
Snorlax and Dragonair.
Round Three: This kid had a nice deck but only his Charizard proved to be a
rough spot and even then by pure dumb luck I beat it with my Jynx.
Round Four: An okay deck but I got three words. Snorlax, Snorlax, Snorlax.
He didn't get one prize.
Round Five: I went up against the one deck in that tournament that I
couldn't beat. He was hurting from Kanghaskhan but I didn't get barely any
energy until it was too late. Kanghaskhan had already fallen to his three
Gyrados.
Oh Well. I think that I did pretty good for a first time. I got third place
and I got a Mewtwo as a prize. I didn't want it that much but there was
nothing better. Besides, soon I'll trade that Mewtwo for a Wigglytuff. Well
that's all. Bye!
