I did  well with this deck.  I went 5-1 with the Psy-§LEEPER in a local
tornament held at the Westland Mall in Michigan sponsored by the Fan
Zone. This was a double loss elimination, single game matches. This  was
my first Tourney!
Here is the Psy-§LEEPER:

POKEMON:
-1 Alakazam
-4 Kadabra
-4 Abra
-2 Kangaskhan
-2 Wigglytuff
-2 Jigglypuff
-3 Gastly
-3 Haunter

TRAINERS:

-2 Clefairy Dolls
-1 Professor Oak
-2 Potion
-2 Super Potion
-2 Switch
-2 Energy Retrieval
-2 Energy Removal
-1 Super Energy Removal
-1 Gust of Wind

ENERGY:

-22 Psychic Energy
-4 Double Colorless Energy

This is how it went:

Match 1:  Since I was a late entry I had to play the other people who
had just shown up.
So I ended up playing a kid half my age...He went by a very basic set of
rules. He played a grass/fighting deck.  I tried to go easy on
him...especially since his mom was watching...
I win with him having 5 prise cards left.
My Record: 1-0

Match 2: I play against my friend's sister Cassie.  She played a
Fighting/Water Deck.  This match was one of the more competitive
matches...In the end she had a Dodrio out with only 20 HP left...I had
Abra out and Psyshocked and I would have won if i had flipped heads and
paralyzed her...but alas I flipped tails and got toasted.
Record: 1-1

Match 3:  After losing and being placed in the "Loser's Bracket" I
played a kid who I had talked to earlier.  He played a Water/Fighting
deck but I easily toasted him 0-4 prizes.
Record: 2-1

Match 4:  I played a 10 year old who thought he had the right stuff.  He
played Fighting pokemon.  My Kangaskhan dominated. He lost 0-3 prize
cards.
Record: 3-1

Match 5:  Feeling fairly good about my deck it was next who I had to
play...Cassie? Again?  She lost to an expert 16 year old.  She still had
the same deck.  This time I got my cards out quicker and dominated most
of the game.  I win 0-2 prizes.
Record: 4-1

Match 6:  The Loser Bracket finals!  My opponent was Cody, brother of
the Expert 16 year old kid who went un-deafeted!  Cody's deck was
created by his brother.  He also played Psychic + Chansey.  He had one
of those "Mr. Mime" decks. With alakazam and chansey plus scoop up.  You
know the strategy. So did I  Man, it was a close game.  To get around
the Mr. Mimes I had to use the infinite power of Haunter! A Hypnosis +
Dream Eater and all 4 Mr. Mimes were history.  I took out 1 Chansey and
a Alakazam for the WIN!  I won the Loser's Bracket!

Final Record: 5-1

It was fairly good for being a first time tourney player, and I've
modified the Psy-§leeper since then.  Good luck with this deck.
