Alright, This report passes all the guidelines that have been laid out.  
     Technicly this Deck made 4th place in the Saturday Pokemon Tournament, 
     on 7/10/1999, at the Lucky Frog in Fairfax, Virginia.  There were 20 
     paid participents at this tournament.  This was the only deck of its 
     type at the tournament:

     The Main idea with this deck is to use the Call For Family/Sprout 
     Ability to fill your bench up then thw down a Wigglytuff and beat the 
     opponent with ease.  The only danger is a Chancy showing up, but that 
     can be remidied by gust of wind.  If wanted I would replace the super 
     potion and the full heal with gust of wind's for added merryment.
