Its that time again! Sunday...At Comic World...This
tourny was held on the 4th...You are probably wondering why would any store have
a tourny on the big July the 4th, well I'll let those who don't know yet
that I'm a Canadian, and we had out holiday on July the 1st so not much of a
difference...Anyways this week Jungle finnaly came...YES...but not that many...I
was able to get 46 Boosters...which is still good :) My Farmonbuzz went
under some changes so I might as well post them.

1x Farfetch'd (Still love the guy...just can't take him
out)

This is a start for the jungle haymakers and I hope it will
get stronger! Now for the report!
Round 1-VS Alex M. with a pure Fire deck...hoping to play a
pure grass deck...
Beat him down fast and hard with Hitmonchan and Electabuzz
while keeping Scyther sitting in my hand, just in case this guy has Gust
of Wind...He doesn't stand a chance.
OUTCOME: WIN
Round 2-VS Cal M. (Alex's brother) with what...a pure fire
deck...using the Ponyta line now...
He stalls a bit with his Rapidash's agility, but I gust of
wind three times making him bring 3 ponyta's for 3 kills....what luck then It
was all downhill from there...

Round 3-VS Ricky ?. with a Mono/Grass deck
Venomoth was giving my Chan a lot of trouble, but I held out
until Scyther and Buzz came out and won the day...He lost like all his
evolutions with a bad Oak...to bad, should have remembered...To oak or to
not to oak, that is the question.
Round 4-VS ???? with a fire/fighting
deck
His magmar gives Scyther gives a little trouble, but free
retreat cost rocks and I bring out Chan and Farfetch'd to save the day...and a
little help from potions and ER's.
Final Round-VS Pat M. a Grass deck
This kid really new his stuff, since I told him about the
Oddish/Gloom/Vileplume combo. His Gloom kept on confusing me then he
would turn into Vileplume and kick some but, but luckily My Scyther and energy
removals came along and kicked some more but, but the scyther got his but
kicked, but....enough buts...It was a see saw match but he oaked, bill and comp
searched to many times and his deck was dwindling...he paniced and played with
half his brain and I beat him, not the deck win but he did have 2 cards left win
I got my last prize...
So I won this tourny which is nice since last week I
lost...last place actually...well at least one of the last place finishers...I
won only 5 boosters for first place, the store decreased the prizes
substantially and I got some more boosters from the certificate I won at an
earlier tourny...
