4 Abras (only in my deck to evolve)
4 Kadabras (can stay alive forever with recover)
1 Alakazam (Nice Pokemon Power) 
2 Mewtwos (Psychic is a nice attack against large evolution Pokemon)
3 Jynx (Meditate is might be the best attack in the psychic deck)
4 Gastly (Can shut down large pokemon with destiny bond)
4 Haunters (dream eater for 50 and only 2 energy)
2 Drowzee (I once killed an Arcanine with the Confuse Ray attack)
2 Energy Removals
1 Super Energy Removal
4 Bills
2 Super Potions
2 Gust of Wind

My deck tries to disable Pokemon from attacking me.  I use the energy 
removals and the super energy removal to make sure my opponent doesn't load 
up his big evolutions on his bench.  Gust of Wind help me kill the big 
evolutions on my opponents bench by bringing them in with no energy.  Gastly 
disables big evolutions like Charizard or Venusaur by using destiny bond.  
Haunter disables pokemon by using his hypnosis attack and putting them to 
sleep.  Mewtwo disables pokemon from hurting him by using the barrier attack.
