The main idea is to use blastoise's raindance on gyarados and dewong. I think
it is a killer deck because it takes a while to beat and usually runs the
oppenent out of energy and cards. I have played in a tournament and was 3-2-0
Iost twice do to electric. I did get lucky one round and beat an electric 
eck with gyarados and chansey.The chansey ran him out of cards and the gyarados
delivered the final blow.
