Rain Dance

Rain Dance is a complete water deck with the exception of the 5 
cololess pokemon.  Rain Dance can withstand electric with its Gyrados 
and Polirath. It can also withstand grass with its Blastoise. Heres a 
list of my cards.

WATER POKEMON
2x Squirtle
1x Wartortle
1x Blastoise (use Rain Dane, duh.)
2x Poliwag 
1x Poliwhil
1x Poliwrath (Acts as an energy removal.)
4x Magikarp 
3x Gyrados (should be worth more than a Charizard.)(Bubble Beam can 
paralize an opponent. 40+40=80!!!!)

CLOROLESS POKEMON
1x Chansey  (good starter)
2x Dratini
1x Dragonair (Acts like a energy removal with hyper beam.)
1x Clefairy  (just another basic pokemon.)

ENERGY
25x Water Energy (Clefairy uses water, too)
4x Double Colorless Energy (Chansey & Dragonair.)

TRAINER
1x Scoop Up (4 Chansey)
4x Super Potion (save your pokmon, a real life saver.)
2x Pokemon Trader (get the goods pokemon quick.) 
2x Bill (every good deck needs one to get more pokemon.)
1x Defender  (Basic Pokemon need it on the first turns.)
1x Item Finder (4 Scoop Up)

I haven't found any maches to play in but I do play my friends. I was 
able to beat my friends Electric Roots deck (it had elctric and 
grass). He only drew 2 prize cards. I only drew 4 and still won. If 
Chansey is your starting pokemon don't put on any energy on it if you 
also have Scoop up in your hand. Just let Chansey recive 110 damage 
whail you build up your bench then use scoop up. Try to crush your 
opponent by getting atleast 2 Gyrados out by the 4 turn with 3 energy 
on atleast one. This lets you take out the the little 40HPed waek 
starters quikly. I've beaten my friends Electric Roots 3 times in 25 
min. I think this is the ultimate deck and hope to win the pokemon 
trvling tour. The objective is to evolve and knock out.
