My name is the water master. This deck has done well against 
all my friends and even has been able to deal with those pesky grass/electric 
decks.  The trick is to get your Chansey out scrunching early in the game 
while building a Blastoise, Gyarados, or a Dragonair on your bench.  Of 
course backing it up with a lot of energy removals.  Once your Chansey is 
destroyed (or you decide to retreat it), KABOOM!
