i played this deck in a local tourney and did relatively good. out of a
total of 15 games (including non-competetive side play) i won about 10.
the 5 losses were all against fighting decks built around machamp.

CHANSEY'S DAY OUT
4x   chansey
2x   pokemon center
4x   revive
4x   scoop up
4x   computer search
4x   bill
4x   pokedex
4x   prof. oak
4x   double colorless energy
26x basic energy

the point (obviously) is to bring out a chansey and stall using scrunch
until you can get out more. quiken this process by using pokedex, prof
oak, bill, and computer search. after you have out at least 2 chanseys
with a good amount of energy, open up a can with double edge. then, when
the eggy commits suicide, use a revive to bring it back to its cute
little life and scoop up to heal the unfortunate 60 damage it has.
pokemon center has an obvious use as does the 2x-colorless energy.
pokemon center is replacable with clefairy (real for metronome, doll for
a nice decoy). just watch out for fighting decks.
