Here is a winning deck from HAWAII Monsters (15): 4-Hitmonchan 3-Dratini 2-Dragonair 2-Doduo 2-Farfetch'd 2-porygon Energy (21): 17-fighting 4-colorless Trainers (24): 4-Bill 4-energy removal 4-super energy removal 3-gust of wind 3-scoop up 2-prof oak 2-computer search 1-item finder 1-energy retrieval The goal of this deck is to attack with cheap energy cost pokemon while draining your opponents energy so he can't atack you. Not much energy is needed since most pokemon in your deck have a decent attack with one energy cost. There are 4 energy removals and 4 super energy removals, which will discard 12 of your oppenents energy cards. The Dragonair is also there to provide energy removal with its Hyper beam. The 1 energy retrieval is there to gain back some of the enrgy you lost using super energy removal. Computer search is there to help you get the cards you need. The 4 Bills is a must to gain card advantage, and oak is there to help you discard uselessness and get a fresh hand (also prevents running out of cards in your hand). Hitmonchan is you main pokemon as it is a strong basic pokemon that can do 20 damage with one energy, the farfecth'd and duduo are there for resistance to fighting pokemon. Porygon is there to convert the weakness of your opponents pokemon to fightning so your hitmonchan can now do 40 damage with his basic attack (OUCH!!). Gust of wind is to switch pokemon from your oppenents bench so porygon can change its weakness to fightning. And scoop up is there to pick up porygon or farfetch'd. Farfetch'd has a good attack called leek slap which costs one colorless energy and can do 30 damage (coin flip) but you can only use it only once while its in play, but if you scoop it up and then put it back in play you may use it again. This does well against most decks because of the heavy energy removal theme, and quick cheap attcks to wear down your opponent. submitted by: Gordon Lee
