It was built to get even with Water type energy denial decks. This deck can be fast. (I've killed 3 people out of the 10 that I faced in the tournament, with Zapdos and 2 blown up Electrodes for energy on the second turn to deal 100 damage to their lone pokemon.) Simply beat them up with your Zapdos. Many don't realize the power of Electrodes. Blow electrodes to provide Energy to Zapdos. Basically don't let your opponents bench pokemon have energy. Concentrate on eliminating your opponents bench pokemons' energy while you beat on their active pokemons. Dragonair provides late game advantage, so use him. This is because in late games energies are low. Combos Zapdos + No Energy + lot's of damage + Scoop Up : One way to annoy your opponent Chansey + Scoop Up : Same concept as above. Zapdos' Thunder Attack + Defender : Take less damage if tails. ADVATANGES: Only 3 types of pokemons with weaknesses. Advantage against fire decks- many fire pokemons rely on discarding fire energy WEAKNESSES: May be a disadvantage against fighting. Vulnerable to lass possibly Rain Dance decks- However, your electric pokemons should take them out. Probably another energy denial deck- There are only 21 Electric Energy (below average)
