	This deck is designed to strip any energy cards from your opponent's 
pokemon so that you can pump up your own pokemon.  
	Let's start with the pokemon.  There are four Porygons in the deck to 
slow the game down and set your pokemon up to give your opponent's pokemon a 
severe beatdown.  The Poli-chain is added to the deck to slow down the energy 
flow of defending  pokemon as well as run over any obstacles.  The same goes 
for the Dratini-Dragonair chain.  The Seel-Dewgong chain is incredibly 
powerful and provides as a nice finisher.
	For the energy, there are 20 water energy and 4 double colorless 
energy to help speed up the Dragonairs and Poliwhirls.
	Last, the trainers play an important role in this deck.  The potions 
heal your pokemon, and the Energy and Super Energy Removals also take care of 
defending pokemon's energy.  Professor Oaks give you late game 
card-efficiency and the Computer Searches help you track down those evolution 
cards.
