Poisonous Goalie This deck is mainly made up of grass pokemon that can poison other pokemon. It also has two other pokemon, Rattata and Raticate, which are colorless pokemon. They're in the deck because they can each do an attack of 20 with one energy card, and also because of Raticate's Super Fang. The Goalie part of the name shows how this deck is a preventer of goals. The opponent can't "score" a goal if he doesn't knock out a pokemon. Most of the trainer cards are here to help you get rid of the damage on the pokemon, like with the potions. Or, get your pokemon out of trouble with 3 Switches. The Full Heal does, well, heals. The Defender, defends your pokemon from some trouble. The Computer Search helps you get the card you're looking for. And the 3 Bills to get a lot of cards. When I used this deck in a tournament, I got fourth out of twelve competitors. I only lost because the other guy had a fire and psychic deck. And of course, almost all of the grass pokemon can get their butts kicked by fire pokemon.
