Hello, Pojo!  I would like to submit my favorite deck!  This is a sweet
deck with which I have won 5 of 6 tournaments with (1 of them wasn't
really official though).  This deck differs from other water/psychic
decks, because instead of having a big amount of Squirtles and Poliwags,
which are mainly defensive Pokemon, this deck focuses on a strong water
pokemon that's weak against Grass (Gyarados) and a weak, but useful
Pokemon that's weak against Electric (Staryu).  So, obviously, this is a
very aggressive deck.  The Psychic portion is pretty much being operated
by Haunter.  It is primarily a Energy Removal deck, too.

4 Magikarps
3 Gyarados (yes, you read right, 3)
3 Staryus
15 Water Energy

4 Gastlies
3 Haunters 
2 Drowzees
12 Psychic Energy

4 Double Colorless Energy (hey, I know these are sort of cheap cards,
and sorta hard to find, but they are sweet cards!)

3 Energy Removals
2 SUPER Energy removals (mainly use to just pi$$ your opponent off)
2 Computer Searches
1 Pokemon Trader
2 Energy Retrieval (just in case you're playing another Energy Removal
deck)

I've played at tournies hosted by small sports card's
shops such as Shinders, Tri-City Sports Cards, etc.  Once, I held a
friendly tournament with my homies.  The smallest tournament was the
unofficial one with about 25 people, the biggest one had about
90-something contestants.  

I cut down on Psychic Energy and use the Colorlesses for my Psychic, but
you can cut down on water, add more Psychic energy, and use them for
water.  A few Lasses or perhaps Gusts of Winds would be acceptable
substitutions for those Energy Removals, too.  As I said, this is an
aggressive deck with Pokemon that really deal out damage, so play it
like is one.  I've given another person this deck to play with, but HE
loses because he always saves his Gyaradoses and Energy Removals for
later, but then it's too late!  BE A CHEAPO AND GIVE YOUR OPPONENT A
BEATDOWN RIGHT AWAY!
