Subject: Killer Deck Date: Sun, 28 Mar 1999 12:52:30 -0800 (PST) From: Daniel Duncan To: ThePoJo@thepojo.com Hey PoJo. I wrote you an article about the tournaments that I am holding and I thought it would be a good idea to tell people about my kickin' deck. My deck is called Quick Kill. It is designed to destroy your opponent before he/she knows what's happening. It uses water and fighting pokemon. The object of the deck is to use your fighting pokemon that don't need to be evolved much at the beginning of the game. They can do quick damage to your enemy without much energy. While the fighting pokemon are soaking up damage, your water pokemon are on the bench powering up so that they are ready to jump in and dominate fairly early. The deck includes energy removals and a dragonair to take energy cards from your enemies before they can hit you. The addition of computer search and pokemon trader help to get your water upgrades faster. Here's the deck: Energy: 12 Fighting 12 Water 1 Double-colorless Pokemon: 2 Seel 1 Dewgong 2 Squirtle 1 Wartortle 2 Poliwag 2 Poliwhirl 4 Hitmonchan 2 Diglett 1 Dugtrio 1 Sandshrew 2 Dratini 1 Dragonair Trainers: 4 Energy Removal 3 Potion 1 Super Energy Removal 1 Super potion 1 PokeDex 1 Prof. Oak 1 Pokemon Trader 1 Computer Search 1 Energy Retrieval *CAUTION* THIS DECK HAS LESS EHERGY THAN RECOMMENDED BY MOST PEOPLE, BE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO WASTE ANY! This deck is still in development, here's what I want to switch: TAKE OUT: 2 Squirtle 1 Wartortle 1 Sandshrew 1 Double-colorless Energy ADD: 2 Magikarp 1 Gyardos 1 Pokemon Trader 1 Poliwrath This deck has only been beaten once in 5 tournaments. It is very good if you know how to use it, but get a lot of practice before you bet your Charizard that you can beat your local pokemon master :) _________________________________________________________ DO YOU YAHOO!?
