The basic theme of the deck is to evolve your pokemon as quickly as possible
and take out the other basic pokemon.  The super energy removals are to deal
with other evolved pokemon while the various deck manipulation is there to
provide quick access to stage 1 and 2 pokemon.  The main danger is to run our
of fire energy due to the expendure required by the more powerful attacks.
