Round 1- Jeff Jaegar with Haymaker popourri- I pulled one basic, Jynx. He
pulled a buzz and ponyta. he kept on thunderpunching but didnt paralyze.Finally I gotaAlakazam and Gengar. I killed 3 pokemon w/ Alakazam. I only needed 1 morekill, he needed 3. He brought out another buzz. I used confuse ray but it
didn’t kill it. I then retreated it, brought out mime and meditated for the
win-0

Round 2- verses Kristina (again!) w/ a turbo fossil raindance(4 blastoise, 4
articuno w/ 1 jiggly) I pulled a crap hand. 1 gastly. She got a blastoise
second turn and rain danced. Hydro pump and I was dead b/c I had no more
pokemon.

Round 3- verses Mike Granto w/ haymaker. This one was easy. I had alakazma
on the bench by second turn. I killed a couple of machops and 1 hitmo w/jynx. He has no more pokemon.

Round 4- Tom Devlin w/ energy denial (4 energy rem, 4 SER, 4 Poli, 4 golduck,
2 dragonair)- This match was super tough. It was a stall deck. I drew an abra , breeder, pc search, dratini and the rest energy. He put poliwag as
basic and another one on the bench. I killed 4 pokemon fast but then he just
stalled trying to deck me. He used 3 straight ser and i was in trouble. I
couldn’t get any energy on my pokemon. Finally., i drew a dce, and
slapped it on dratini and pounded to kill his poliwrath. He brought out
dragonair and and hyper beamed me. he gusted my energyless gengar out. With
only 4 cards left in my libray, i had to kill his dragonair fast. i pc
searched for a dragonair and evolved dratini. I slap my second energy on
him (not enough to attack) and SER, boy was he mad. Next Turn, i slap
another energy and hyper beam, next turn,hyper beam. , last turn,slam for the win.

Round 5- ?? with hitmo deck (4 lees and 4 chan w/ 4 aero) He pulled a fossil
and htimonlee. I draw gastly, abra, breeder, jynx, engeries. I kill his lee
in 2 turns and then kill his fossil. cheap way to win but i’ll take it.

Round 6- if i win, i’m in. If i lose, im not in.- verses cory dempsey w/
turbo blastoise. I get a crap hand, mime and just energies. i receover w/ a
few SER, i bring out jynx and meditate. Finally a fully pumped alakazam
comes out and confuses his blastoise. One more confuse ray and his blastoise
is dead. I kill 2 more squirtles and i win.

round of 8- verses a middle aged guy w/ a charzard deck (he went 6-0) He
gets cahrizard out second turn. But i bring out mime so he cant do
anything. I stall.Finally he gusts and does fire spin to kill and alakazam.
I bring out haunter and his pokepower saves me. i finally kill his char w/
a mime. He brings out nine tales but i killed taht too. I killed a couple
fossil magmars and a couple vulpises for the win.

Semi- verses rick w/ rain dance. This was quick, he mulliganed 3 times and
finally got a carp! a carp!. I kill it fast and win. too bad for him.

Finals- verses kristina(ugh!)...i really hate playing her. THis match takes
a while as i keep on ser and she keeps oaking. maybe 1 too much. She had
only killed 2 pokemon and only had about 15 cards left. Finally i killed her
blastoise with a gengar. I kill her articuno. I go to stall mode and she
decks herself. I really feel bad for her.

For getting 1st place, i got $25 and 10 fossil 1st edition packs.
