well I finally go to another tournament and it
was held at Games Plus in New Ulm MN.There were about 12 people there. It was
best 2 out of 3. I changed to a haymaker type deck with fighting, fire, and
electric that I call Charmonbuzz.It was held Oct.30 99.Here it is...........

Round One:Me vs.Greg
Greg had an awsome Grass deck first game he had 3 ekans and I
had a charmander as active and machop on bench. He went first and
attached energy to his active ekans and failed to poison me. I attached energy
to Charmander and scratched. He attached energy to a benched ekans and
evolved it to Arbok I removed the energy on his Arbok and used ember to kill
his ekans.He sent up Arbokwith no energy my turn I jus keeped embering him and
won.the next game wasnt easy this time he got out his Scythers and Pinsers and
a Gloom.I got out my Magmar and killed off one of his grass pokemon but then
he killed my Magmar I lost :( Third game I won due to getting all my removals
and pissing him off so bad.

Round two:Me vs. Steve
Steve ran a rain dance deck consisting of 4 Blastoises 4
Chanseys 4 Computer searches Probably 4 Gyarados im not sure first game i beat
him due to him not being able to get out a blastoise I lucked out because in
the next 2 games I died so bad it wasnt even funny!

Round three:Me vs. Jay
Man I cant believe he made it this far! man this deck stunk.It
was an all fighting deck. I had no trouble with it My Farfetch'd took care of
the whole thing for me. First Game he had a geodude killed it no basics Win.
second game a sandslash against my farfetch'd killed it no basics. i won 2-0

Round four:Me vs. Greg
First game I start with a lone hitmonchan and him a Scyther You
guessed it I lost first game. Second game I won again due to my energy
removals and pluspowers I never saw anyone so Mad as him!Third game it was
close it all came to the end when we both had one prize left but I had no
Chance. Me- a hurt bench. Him- a bench full of pincers and scythers.I lose
2-2
Well I ended up 2-2 which isnt so bad. I got 3rd Greg got 2nd
and Steve got 1st.I got 7$ in store credit and got a scoop up and some other
cards I needed.
