Hi whats up? I want to tell you about my Turbo Rain Dance deck. Here are the details:

It was a foggy Thursday evening about 12:00 (we were off school) and there were about 30-40 people there. Oh yeah, the store was called Captian Comando's Card Corner in a small town near Corpus Christi Texas. My deck was one of the best there (probably not the best since there were 2 other decks better than mine: a Haymaker deck and please don't laugh... a Rainbow deck). Now here are the cards:
Pokémon: 20
4 Squirtle    4 Wartortle    4 Blastiose    4 Magikarp    4 Gyardos

Trainers: 10

3 Prof. Oak    2 Computer Search    2 Energy Retieval    2 Energy Removal    1 Super Energy Removal

Energy: 30

30 Water Energy

Now here is my little summery of the 3 rounds plus the finals:

1st round: Me versus a kid named John:
He had a Lightning deck (good thing we weren't playing Weakness and Resistance!!!) and it was pretty nice. First turn I had 2 squirtles, a magikarp, a wartortle, a gyardos, 3 water energies, and a prof oak. He had no basics first turn but on second one he had 2 electabuzz, a pikachu, and an eevee! I had paralized him with squirtle and then bite with wartortle, and aftter it all, I finally got a Blastoise and a Profoak in my hand! I played oak with no cards in my hand. 9 energies in one turn!!! After enough dragonrages, bubble beams, and hydropumps, I had won. 1-0!

2nd round: Me versus a fine girl named Jessica

She had a mean Haymaker deck and looked good! She had 2 hitmonchan, 1 machop, and a hitmonlee in play. I had played 3 of my squirtles and 2 magikarp. I had a blastoise and wartortle early in the game but she made me shuffle my hand into my deck and draw 7 new cards because of an imposter. I only got 2 energies and all other pokemon. She had won for sure. But wait. It was a tie due to Time Limit Draw! 1-0-1

3rd round: Me versus a really good player named Tim

He had the massive rainbow deck and was killing me badly. For fire he chose Flareon. For Lightning he chose Jolteon. For water he chose Vaporeon. For Grass, Tangela. For Psychic Mewtwo. And for Fighting he had Hitmonchan. Also he had 3 Eevees and a Clefairy and Clefable. He had 18 Pokemon in all. He had hardly any trainers. They were 2 prof oak 3 energy retrieval and 2 bills. He had plenty of energies. He had won most of the game until a lone Magikarp that lay on the bench destroyed the Flareon and Eevee until it became a Gyarados! But with 10 HP left we had come to a draw with a Time limit draw once again. My record was 1-1 (because a tie also meant 1/2 of a loss).

Semi-finals: Me versus my friend Tommy

I had to play a fighting-psychic deck but it was too easy to win over because he had only on abra and a hitmonchan with him and only 1 psychic energy. I was going to the finals!

Finals: Me versus the girl Jessica

I played Jessica again. I had been playing my hand careful. I had a magikarp as my active and only basic at the begging. She had a Snorlax which was bad because she had no energy. I had a wartortle on bench filled up. I had killed Snorelax and she put in a Fully loaded Machamp ready to do some serious dammage to me. I had a gyardos there 3 energies and still a wartortle and than a magikarp and a squirtle. I had done 50 got killed, put in wartortle done a bite when she had a defender on and potioned Machamp. She didn't think about the pokemon power so I killed her with a new blastoise. She had 1 prize left and I had 2. I had killed her Dragonair with 2 hydropumps.I had won with a magikarp (since I retreted and killed her machop with a 10 HP attack. I had won the tournament!!! I got 12 boosters and Jessica got 10. Tommy and Tim got 5 each. Of course I did get Jessica's # and stuff but thats another story.....................
