We finally have a good Kirara to use with this.
Kirara, Sango's Pet works perfectly as she is rarely
defeated, so you can go drop Tetsusaiga, Red and
make Inuyasha nearly untouchable. Sure, School
Hallway puts a damper on this.
This basically gives you a combat ender at the cost
of your hand (generally a bad idea cause you'd have
to live on topdecking) or two attacks (very good as
shard acceleration). Inuyasha, Human Timeless
Champion gives you a two shard push, and you can
swing with someone else for another. So being ahead
7-3 can win you games.
This card has a ton of unique things you can do with
it. It's not a very reliable card persay for lots of
decks, but it is something you can try to be
inventive with.

So, if you play with both Inuyasha and Kirara, you
need this card. An extra turn to attack. How cool is
that. Given I don't see a whole lot of decks w/ both
characters except for some Team Inuyasha decks.
However, this card makes having both characters more
then worth it. It's cheap, it's fun, and it allows
you to dance about their grave.
