This card is fetching Birthday Pikachu money on auction sites. We asked our sources in Japan about this card, and its worth.
Here was their response: "The card was distributed to
participants in various tournaments a year or so ago. It wasn’t
necessary to win the entire tournament to get the card, but it was
necessary to win at least a few matches. That’s really all I know
about it. Other than the fact it probably is not worth more than a
couple of hundred bucks."
