Hello and welcome back to my Deck Garage.  Today begins Week 2 of my 2 Week Marathon of fixes.  Today I’m looking at a 1 Turn Win deck based on Erika’s Jigglypuff.

I just started getting back into the PTCG so I don't have any of the newer cards. I have cards up to about the Neo sets. My deck is pretty good, but I was hoping if you could fix it up a bit. Here it is:

Well…this deck looks like a 1 Turn Win deck, so I’m going to make its focus on Erika’s Jiggly.  

Pokémon:

We have to be careful here.  This deck needs enough Pokémon so you almost always get a basic and don’t have to mulligan.  Every time you Mulligan, it increases your opponent’s chance of drawing another basic.  We’ll run 4 of each Pokémon and run 4 different types.  So, lets drop everything and start fresh.

4 Erika’s Jigglypuff provide the 1 turn win.

With a little luck, 4 Tyrouge (Neo Discovery) can wipe out your opponent as efficiently as Jiggly.

4 Chansey can do MASSIVE damage, but it is worthless on turn 1. 

4 Scyther can do 60 on turn 2 and has free retreat.   

Trainers:

We need COMPLETE focus on the draw engine of this deck.  Therefore, we need another Oak.

+ 1 Prof. Oak

Drop Lass, Scoop up, Elm, and NGR. 

Now, add these draw engines:

Max out on Erika.

Run 4 Misty’s Wrath.

Add 4 Computer Error.

Add 2 Item Finder.

Add 3 Erika.

Add 4 Strength Charm.  This allows Jiggly to do a conceivable 120 damage on TURN 1!!

Drop the Gold Berries, hopefully you’ll win before their time comes. 

Drop 2 Gust of Wind.

Energy:

Run 4 DCE and 4 Grass to feed Scyther.
