First off, drop the Pidgeys and Pidgeotto. These guys, suck. The only thing 
good in them is their Whirlwind, which you don't even choose which one comes 
back out. Also, I would drop 1 Digglett and 1 Dugtrio to add 2 more 
Hitmonchans. For the trainers, all I would do is drop the Defender and 
Clefairy Doll to add another Oak and a Comp Search. Thats about it.
