Travis, good idea, but it needs a little work. Throw out Ponyta, Drowzee, and Porygon. They really don't help your deck much. Try a couple Magmars, more koffings, and some Chanseys. Play 1 more Dratini if you're going to play Dragonair. Play more Bills and 2 or 3 Professor Oaks. Play some regular Energy Removals. Drop the Imposter Oak and the plus power. You might want to play around with the Grass pokemon, depending on the color your sister plays. If she plays Fire, play Koffings and Nidorans.
