Overall, Eric, you have a solidly constructed deck. You don't have any of the problems that I see in a lot of decks. There are no " lone " cards... you have good ratios of 4-3 for evolving Pokémon, and you've got the 4 staples of training-- Bill, Oak, Switch, and Gust of Wind.

You didn't tell me that you were having any specific problems with your deck, so I'm not sure what to change... The only difficulty you might have is with energy, but the energy retrievals you've put in there will help that, and Electrode's Buzzap also helps.

Beware when using buzzap, because I'm sure you know that every time your Pokémon gets knocked out, even if you do it yourself, your opponent draws a card. If you were to buzzap all 3 Electrodes, you would place your opponent at a 3 prize advantage. Also, don't forget that a Buzzapped Electrode can be removed with an energy removal--because once he's buzzaped, he's considered an energy card.

I don't really have any advice for you J Good job.
