Hi Guys!  TR Shadow (Hint: the name has no underscore, that's just in my E-mail =P) is back yet again this week.  This time with a Dark Gengar Modified Deck.

Pokemon:22
3x Gastly
3x Dark Haunter
3x Dark Gengar
4x Slowpoke
4x Slowking
3x Cleffa
1x Misdreavus
2x Murkrow

Trainers:21
4x Professor Elm
4x Bill
4x Pokemon Trader
3x Gold Berry
3x Rocket's Hideout
3x Warp point

Energy:15
12x Psychic Energy
4x Dark Energy

I bet you are thinking eww to many Rocket's Hideout! But it really needs
them because 70 HP doesn't cut it and like all mmf decks play 2 Gyms so I
would win "the gym battle"! The stratagy is to put them to sleep with dark gengar and keep them asleep with stopping their Double Gusts.

This isn't a bad deck...I like it!  Putting a Poke to sleep and stopping their double gusts is a very sweet combo!

Pokemon (22)
3x Gastly
3x Dark Haunter
3x Dark Gengar
4x Slowpoke
4x Slowking
3x Cleffa
1x Misdreavus
2x Murkrow

Not much change here.  Even though this is a sleep deck, Misdreavus dosn't really go in it too well.  Trade him for a Tyrogue.  This deck seems kinda slow, so 1-2 tyrogue is needed to have out there with a focus to stall while doing small amounts of damage and KOing some of your opponents babies.  Oh yeah, Tyrogue also makes a great first turn hitter, it can FTKO babies or anything else with 30 hp (ask RaNd0m for further info =P).  OK, I'm sure you knew that already...;-)

This deck needs a more dependable Gengar line.  So add another Gastly...Take out a King for one.  I usually use a 4-4-3 line with stage 2, but 4-3-3 works to.  I would go 4-4-3 with yours but this deck is so tight in space and I don't know what to take out (I'm not THAT smart =D).

I know this is really pushing it, but take out a Cleffa to make room for the Gastly.  This is probably the only time I will ever say something like that.  You will still have 3 babies 'cause of the Tyrogue.  And I think we can get more drawing power put into the trainers later.

4x Professor Elm
4x Bill
4x Pokemon Trader
3x Gold Berry
3x Rocket's Hideout
3x Warp point

This is the part that really needs help.  Warp point is great, but switch is better (at least in a deck with a lot of Kings).  With warp point, your opponent dosn't get to switch to a baby.  You should add 2 of those instead of 2 warp points.  Take out the other warp point, a Bill, and the 3ed Rockets Hideout for 3 Copycats.  3 gold berries seems like a lot.  Take out one for a focus band.  One is all that's needed.  You may not get it on Gengar, but it works well with babies.

Energy:15
12x Psychic Energy
4x Dark Energy

Actually, I don't see any problem here.  This energy supply is great the way it is.

Now here's TR Shadows revised version of Nightmares (I named the deck for you =P)
