Well, it's been a while (read: more than a few weeks) since I last fixed a Raindance. So here's one! =D
>>>>
Dear Mr.Satoshi,
I am a master of water. I have designed a deck in which I called "The Good,
The Bad, And The Twins". Its based strstegies is deny trainers and damages
while dealing big damages and playing lots of effective trainers. Here is my
deck:

Pokemon (18):
4 Squirtle (Rocket.)
1 Wartortle (BS.)
1 Dark Wartortle (Rocket.)
2 Blastoise (BS.)
2 Dark Blastoise (Rocket.)
3 Sneasel (Neo Genesis.)
1 Unown N (Neo Genesis.)
4 Mantine (Neo Genesis.)

Trainers (19):
2 Professor Elm (Neo Genesis.)
2 Professor Oak (Base Set.)
3 Bill (Base Set.)
3 Rocket Sneak Attack (Rocket.)
3 Gold Berry (Neo Genesis.)
2 Rocket's Hideouts (Neo Revealation.)
2 Miracle Berry (Neo Genesis.)
2 Nightly Garbage Run (Rocket.)

Energy (23):
3 Darkness Energy (Neo Genesis.)
2 Double Colorless Energy (Base Set.)
18 Water Energy (Varies.)

That's my deck. I have never lost a match with a water deck around my
neighborhood and everybody around there considered me to be a master of
water. Please help me modify this deck so that I can be ready to join a
tournament soon.( By the way, what happen to Pojo Magazine? I can't find it
at any store anymore. I was beginine=g to love those magazine.)
>>>>
Okay, first things first. Pojo Magazine is dead. =/ It is out of print.
Sorry! =(

(Editor's Note:  The publisher of all the Pojo's Magazine titles filed bankruptcy.  We are talking with another publisher about bringing some of the titles back!)

Now to the deck.

Pokemon (18):
4 Squirtle (Rocket.)
1 Wartortle (BS.)
1 Dark Wartortle (Rocket.)
2 Blastoise (BS.)
2 Dark Blastoise (Rocket.)
3 Sneasel (Neo Genesis.)
1 Unown N (Neo Genesis.)
4 Mantine (Neo Genesis.)

Wow. For the most part, your Pokemon choice is very lethal. Only one thing
makes me shudder; Mantine.
Mantine, for the most part, is nothing but a folder filler; aka it should
never be put in a deck. ;-) Remove the Mantine and pop in 3 Cleffa and
another base set Blastoise. Next, nix Unown N for a third Dark Blastoise:

Pokemon (18):
4 Squirtle (Rocket.)
1 Wartortle (BS.)
1 Dark Wartortle (Rocket.)
3 Blastoise (BS.)
3 Dark Blastoise (Rocket.)
3 Sneasel (Neo Genesis.)
3 Cleffa (Neo Genesis.)

Now to the Trainers.

Trainers (19):
2 Professor Elm (Neo Genesis.)
2 Professor Oak (Base Set.)
3 Bill (Base Set.)
3 Rocket Sneak Attack (Rocket.)
3 Gold Berry (Neo Genesis.)
2 Rocket's Hideouts (Neo Revealation.)
2 Miracle Berry (Neo Genesis.)
2 Nightly Garbage Run (Rocket.)

Okay, solid for the most part, but let's focus it a bit more. Remove the Elm
for two more Oak, and ditch the Miracle Berry for two Computer Search. Also
lose the NGR for one Time Capsule and a third Search. Time Capsule is better
than NGR, imo. It has a better card-for-card ratio, and is great to set up
an Eeeeeek-able hand.
Drop 6 Water Energy to add 3 Itemfinder, another Computer Search, and two
Gust of Wind. We have this now:

Trainers (25):
4 Professor Oak (Base Set.)
4 Computer Search (Base Set.)
3 Itemfinder (Base Set.)
3 Bill (Base Set.)
3 Rocket Sneak Attack (Rocket.)
3 Gold Berry (Neo Genesis.)
2 Rocket's Hideouts (Neo Revealation.)
2 Gust of Wind (Base Set.)
1 Time Capsule (Neo Genesis.)

Oh gosh...we have NO BREEDER :O! Fixing this....ditch the RSA three Pokemon
Breeder:

Trainers (25):
4 Professor Oak (Base Set.)
4 Computer Search (Base Set.)
3 Itemfinder (Base Set.)
3 Bill (Base Set.)
3 Pokemon Breeder (Base Set)
3 Gold Berry (Neo Genesis.)
2 Rocket's Hideouts (Neo Revealation.)
2 Gust of Wind (Base Set.)
1 Time Capsule (Neo Genesis.)

Okie...Energy has been fixed along the way...looks good....We're done!

I hope this helps, fellow user and abuser of Blastoise! =D Good luck and
happy gaming!
