P.S. hey i hope you like this deck it took me a while to figure out the
pokemon i was going to use since around my town you see alot of rock
decks like with golem and japs (like brocks onix) i figured that i
needed a grass deck
the strategy is to get the energy retrievals and recycle your energy and
with other decks it works well too.

03 Bulbasaur
02 Ivysaur
01 Venusaur
04 Bellsprout
03 Weepinbell
02 Victreebell
02 Scyther
04 Paras
04 Parasect
00 Farfetch'd

Just for now, I'm going to ignore the fact that you are way short on this deck. I have a feeling you forgot some of your trainers.

Well, if you're looking for a type to combat those pesky rock Pokemon, Grass is certainly a good choice--but I question your choice of Pokemon, and I raise both eyebrows at your choice of trainers. But, one thing at a time.

You've got 4 grass families, and every single one of them has a weakness to fire. I hope that nobody in your area decides to bring a nice splash Pokemon like the new Promo Arcanine or even Magmar into thier deck. You'll be toasted.

Why don't you take out the Paras and Parasect lines completely. They are the weakest of all your Pokemon and honestly thier attacks aren't as good as some of the others. Now, knock your Bellspout line down to a 3-2-2 evolution. You've now opened up 10 spaces that you need for trainers. Use one of those 10 spaces to add another Venusaur.

Trainers (06)

06 Super Energy Retrievals
00 Bill
00 Professor Oak
00 Gust of Wind
00 Energy Retrieval
00 Mr. Fuji
00 Pokemon Breeder
00 Pokemon Trader

What in the world is this? I know this is a grass deck, but smoking can be dangerous to your health. You had to have been puffing on the old weed pipe when you thought you'd get away with this one... Were you trying to say Super Energy Removal? It doesn't matter, because the whole thing is illegal and I'm going to consider that you didn't put any of them in. Now, add 3 Bill, 2 Professor Oak, 3 Gust of Wind, 2 Energy Retrieval, 2 Switch, and 2 Mr. Fuji. Another set of trainers that would seriously help this deck is Pokemon Breeder and Pokemon Trader. Add 3 Breeders and 2 Traders.

Energy (18)

18 Grass Energy
00 DCE

Now, I want you to add 4 DCE to this deck. Use the DCE to power up your Scythers or for a quick retreat. I don't understand why people don't put DCE in thier decks. DCE is a 2 for the price of 1 energy card. I've seen a 200 point Fire spin executed on turn 2 from a Charizard because of DCE. (turn 1 charmander +1 DCE--turn 2 Breeder to CHarizard +1 DCE-- firespin 200 dmg vs opponent's caterpie.)

So... right now, this deck stands at 57 cards. You could really use some colorless Pokemon to help fight that fire weakness you've got with this deck. My suggestion... something that doesn't evolve, like Likitung or better yet, Ditto. Use your opponent against himself. Put up a Ditto and make it into a rock Pokemon. Why don't you put in good ol' Farfetch'd? His resistance to fighting makes him a great Pokmeon for areas with rock pokemon metagame, and before Scyther came out just about everyone had him in thier decks. Go ahead and add 2.

Your new, Pokemon Lady Improved Deck looks like this:

Good luck with it. ~TPL
