It focuses around using Wigglytuff's and Charizard. The Scyther and Ditto are in there so if I have no other Pokémon in they can be used the later or early game. The potions are in there to help against strong attackers, the Mr. Fuji's are used like scoop ups if I run low on cards or high on damage. The defenders come in handy when and if I come across a Blastoise. I think I should take out a Bill or two and add a Prof. Oak. It's mostly a full out, nonstop offensive deck.

POKÉMON: (19)
FIRE:
4-3-2 Charizard run
3x Magmar (fossil)

COLORLESS:
3-2 Wigglytuff run
1x Ditto
1x Scyther

Start by removing a Charmeleon AND a Charmander--drop your Char line down to a 3-2-2. Add a Ditto and a Scyther.

Now, take out those stupid Potions. Potions won't do you any good, because by the time that you need the potion your Pokémon is most likely to already be dead. Potions just take up space that could be used by more useful trainers.

You don't have any Oaks or Gamblers, so add 2 Gamblers. Also add one more Pokémon Breeder. Also, add a Pokémon Trader or better yet, two.

I have to ask, why don't you have any Switches or Gust of Wind in this deck. You claim that it's offensive, and you're right. It's offensive that you bothered sending it to me without even reading any of my other fixes where I say "Gust, Switch, Bill, and Professor Oaks should be in every deck..." Add 2 Switch and 2 Gust of wind. You don't need 4 Bills, because we added the Gamblers, so take out two Bills.

Now, if this is an offensive deck, why do you have defenders? You don't really have anything that will damage itself, and Defenders are a Defensive card, not an Offensive one... so take out the Defenders and switch them with Plus Powers.

TRAINERS: (13)
2x Mr. Fuji
2x Defender
4x Potion
4x Bill
1x poke Breeder
0x Pokémon Trader
0x Gambler
0x Switch
0x Gust of Wind
0x Plus Power
ENERGY: (28)
4xDouble Colorless
24xFire

Now that we've got your Pokémon and Trainers organized, you need to take out 3 Fire energies to bring your card total down to 60. I think this deck will work better for you now that you've got reasonable trainers that will actually help you more than hinder your strategy.
